this was not a problem for us, but in the mornings the only elevator is busy, so we usually took the stairs.

Nice small hotel with excellent service, welcoming and attentive staff.
The automatic and loud fan in the bathroom when the light is turned on. The room was a little too cold.

Stayed here for a long weekend. The hotel is great - location superb, service is top notch and the room was great, comfy bed, amazing water pressure in the bath. Close public transport as well, although I chose mostly to walk since the location was ideal for almost everything.. Super recommended

We loved Hotel Beethoven Wien. The location was excellent, the bar was fun, and we appreciated the 24hour coffee and tea service. The friendly and chill hotel pup was an added bonus.

Breakfast: The hotel offers a smaller choice for breakfast, with enough to eat at a lower price
The Mezzanine is lovely
Sunday evening concert, including a glass of sparkling wine
The space felt cramped to me
The AC gets turned off at the end of the summer season, it was uncomfortably warm in the room
The curtains were dusty (or the room was dusty)
Noticed dirt around the floor of the elevator landing door

The hotel was located in a beautiful historical building, with excellent connections to anywhere in the downtown area. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Clean, spacious room. Excellent breakfast with a lot of variety to suit all tastes. In addition to the buffet, you can order, e.g. egg dishes, and pancakes, which was a great bonus. We also enjoyed the lively hotel bar. Would certainly recommend this hotel.
We were very happy with our experience at the hotel, nothing to add.

We stayed in 6 cities and 4 countries and this hotel was our favorite, super nice and upscale but not stuffy. Location was perfect, we taxied to the hotel from the airport but used the underground to get around easily from Karlsplatz to different places and to train station to go to next city in Austria. Front desk and bar/dining staff were wonderful, super nice and accommodating. Held luggage on last day and had a music performance in evening for patrons. The dining room made me coffee in morning with a nice greeting and style. The bar gave us special treatment when we were running to show one night. Located right by concert halls, really great market and easy to get around. I love this place and this city. Would definitely do this again. Had a mini split so we were able to control the temp in this room better than all other hotels.
It was great that they had a laundry service, my only complaint was this service which was very much needed mid trip, was pretty expensive so we really had to be selective on what we had to wash....not really a complaint but something you should be aware of....

excellent location walkable to major Vienna locations with a close by Metro station; Wonderful and very helpful staff.
tasteful breakfast buffet with excellent service and atmosphere. parking is available at a cost
room was a little bit small for 3 persons.
Parking is expensive - though, found street parking and the staff issued a pass at a lower price than their own parking.
