Wonderful
The apartment’s location is good due to its close proximity to the public transportation. The hotel staff were pleasant and very helpful, allowing us to store our luggage both before check-in and after check-out, which made sightseeing much more enjoyable. We even received our room key a couple of hours earlier, as the room was already prepared. The room was nice, clean, and spacious enough for the three of us. Breakfast was a convenient option, with a simple but sufficient selection and regular refills. Highly recommended.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Parking at the hotel for our car. The hotel is 30 minutes away from the city but the subway is 5 minutes from the hotel so we didn't have a problem that our hotel was far from the center of vienna.

The only positive aspect is that this hotel is conveniently located near the U2 line. Unfortunately, that's all.
The bathroom is unrealistically small. No windows, and a ventilator that doesn't work. The shower drain was clogged, so the water filled up the shower quickly. There is basically no sound or statistical isolation between the rooms. Paper-thin walls, you can hear when someone is coughing, as if he is inside your room. When someone walks from above, there is a fear that the roof will fall on you. The fact that there is no 24-hour reception is not properly marked. We had a problematic neighbor on the floor who had been in the hallway since 3 am, yelling and banging on doors, and there was no one to complain to. This hotel should not have such a high review on Booking.

Value for money if you visit Vienna with a car, plenty of onsite parking space and only 5 mins walk away from underground station.
Seems no double bed option. 30-45 mins away from attractions by public transport.

Charming, European style hotel. Lots of storage to unpack. Clean, great location to subway, bus stops, groceries and a couple restaurants. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast is a little expensive ($18 USD). No elevator to 3rd floor or effective A/C. (This visit I stayed on 1st floor which was great!)
