The property is cozy, nice and the location is near a bus and metro station, however, night buses is a problem in the city itself not about only this hotel. Overall everything was great friendly staff and nice cozy hotel

Once I was able to check in I found the staff very friendly. The place is far from the city center but the U2 metro goes straight there so not an issue. The breakfast is really good
I was there over the New Year’s holiday and there was hardly any warm water in the shower and the heating did not work well. I complained about this and was told that many guests are taking long showers and that the boilers are working at capacity. Still a hotel should be able to figure this out

Wonderful
Charming, European style hotel. Lots of storage to unpack. Clean, great location to subway, bus stops, groceries and a couple restaurants. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast is a little expensive ($18 USD). No elevator to 3rd floor or effective A/C. (This visit I stayed on 1st floor which was great!)

The staff was very nice, and the rooms were clean and cozy. Our 2-year-old really enjoyed the small green area next to the main entrance.
Overall, breakfast was okay; it would be nice to have some hot meals, as there were only boiled eggs. Some sausage and canned beans would be enough.

they have type2 EV charger (unfortunately only 3P11kW, which is 3.7kW for 1P), have a small kitchenette with microwave at first floor, U-bahn is super close, we could book last minute (3 hours before arriving to Wien).
