The property is cozy, nice and the location is near a bus and metro station, however, night buses is a problem in the city itself not about only this hotel. Overall everything was great friendly staff and nice cozy hotel

Very clean room, warm in winter time. Very friendly staff. The location is perfect 5 min from railway Station and 20 min from downtown.

Everybody was really friendly and helpful. Besides, the hotel is just 5 Minutes from the U-Bahn Station, there are 2 little supermarkets and a couple of cafes/restaurants around. I like the kitchenette in the room very much, that was really helpful. I payed for two breakfasts but wasn't able to make it in one of them and they just changed the date, I found it very nice and practical.

Once I was able to check in I found the staff very friendly. The place is far from the city center but the U2 metro goes straight there so not an issue. The breakfast is really good
I was there over the New Year’s holiday and there was hardly any warm water in the shower and the heating did not work well. I complained about this and was told that many guests are taking long showers and that the boilers are working at capacity. Still a hotel should be able to figure this out
