The location is perfect, the bathroom was well appointed, and the entire hotel is very clean.
The bedding was a bit limited. I could have used larger and warmer bedding. Also, there is no ironing board in the room. Guests must go down the hall to press clothes in a linen closet. That created an extra complication given we were in town for a formal

The hotel was well situated and was very elegant in design and history alike.
My number one pet peeve: no coffee in the room; this is how most people start their day in privacy of home or hotel room.

The best location in Vienna. Pleasant, historical building with a nice lobby area. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast with an amazing view of Neuer Markt.

A rather strange position for our room. (But it was the architecture of the building.)
And the fact that on my last visit I had been given a gorgeous room that apparently a President had slept in. But still ,very pleased with the hotel perfectly located.

Beautiful 5star period property in the Centre of Vienna right near St Stephens. We got upgraded to an apartment which was extremely roomy with a separate lounge area. Bathroom was wonderful, very large shower and double vanity with plenty of space.
Mattress a bit on the soft size. No coffee machine or kettle. No extra toiletries, just a body lotion & hand soap.

A great hotel right in the heart of Vienna's old town. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, with a nice bathroom and a lovely view of Neuer Markt street. Karntner and Graben streets are right next to it, with all the nice luxury shops, and the Albertina museum and Opera house are both 3 minutes walk away. I will definitely stay there again.
The room furniture are outdated (however it might be part of its 'old' charm), and the bathtub was very high, which makes getting in and out of it challenging if you are not tall.

Its location was very central.
The hotel splits rooms to maximise profit and we unfortunately had some loud guests next to us. We asked to be moved and was denied. Staff were lazy and unresponsive and I had to repeatedly complain to get them to go and speak to the guests.
Theres no managers on site the night we stayed so junior staff had no idea how to resolve the situation. I would absolutely go somewhere else as there are plenty of better hotels in the city.

Big room, comfortable bed, nice view, quick lifts, great location.
Shower was a nightmare to work and shower head didn't stay still.
Noise from room above, dragging furniture across the floor and constant banging in the evening coming from the room above.

If you like to take a shower, you must get into a deep tub, that is wonderful to bathe in, but a bit scary to shower in

The employees at front desk and lobby barwas very attentive, professional and polite. The housekeeping team was great too. Location so central. Just loved it. Will definitely come back when staying in Vienna.
