Location of the hotel is excellent for walking around.
There was no elevator to our floor. We specifically booked this hotel as the description said elevator to upper floors, which was a lie. It was very difficult for my elderly friend to do all of the stairs. I find it hard to believe that with checking in at 1 pm that there wasn't a room on a floor with an elevator. We needed a cab to the river cruise and I showed the bell man our address. He waved me off with I know, I know and got us a nice car for a reasonable price. Turns out we were taken to the wrong place and then threatened. Either pay more or get out. Then we were lectured the entire way to the correct dock. We could have Ubered for WAY less. I felt scammed by a lovely hotel.

The location is very good. The breakfast was delicious and the peace that offers the breakfast room with the view in front is superb. The hotel offers all facilities and amenities needed. Staff is very kind and friendly.
Our room was connected to another room where could be heard the neighbours’ TV. The reception were very kind to call the neighbours in seconds but they did not care at all. Might be not proper isolation or just unlucky to be sleeping close to loud persons but as a light sleeper this made my stay a bit uncomfortable. Also that my flight was very early the next day.

The location off the pedestrian street was perfect for exploring Christmas markets. We stayed in one of the apartments which was massive with a staircase leading up to a sitting room and balcony overlooking the city with incredible views.
The apartment we stayed in was located in a difficult spot to find, with multiple doors and corridors to go through and lack of signage for directions. We ended up needing to go back to the check in desk to ask for assistance to find the room. A staff member put us in a very tiny elevator which needed a code that did not work, eventually we opened the elevator doors and just asked for the stairs instead. The hotel lobby was a mess when we arrived with broken glass near the check in counter, I assumed someone had just broken a vase or something before we had arrived.

Location is super great, right in the middle of walking street surrounded with all shops. Room is really elegant style, love it. Hotel staff is very helpful, they change the room to easy access from the lift when finding out my auntie's knees were hurt and cannot walk up the stairway.
Hotel's breakfast is limited. Anyway opposite the hotel, there is a nice breakfast place (even for local people).
