the staff is very nice and location is my favorite but I will consider to take my next stay there.
I have visited ambassador hotel 6 times already
There were ants in the room, and they even crawled onto the bed linen, which is completely unacceptable from a cleanliness and hygiene perspective. The room itself was outdated and is in urgent need of renovation.
The bed was uncomfortable. This is already the second time I have stayed at this hotel, requested a Queen bed, and received two single beds pushed together instead. This is not the same as a proper double bed, as the gap in the middle is noticeable and uncomfortable.
Considering the condition of the room and the fact that the bed did not match my reservation, the overall experience was very disappointing.

Very nice hotel in Vianna’s center. Right in the middle of the shopping area, short walk to the subway. Super sized rooms and luxurious environment. It was a very good value for the money we paid.
It would be a bit challenging to park nearby but you can reach it by car

We were in a room at the 5th floor that we could only access through a set of stairs from the 4th floor. Not convenient and quite difficult for hauling our luggages.
