The location was amazing!!! Staff was so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good lots of choices. The room was cozy but very well appointed. Water pressure was great in shower. Overall this was an almost perfect stay.
We had 1 of the rooms with the slanted ceiling and sky light type windows which was really cool. The only part I didn't like is that even with the sun shades down I could have wanted it a bit darker, but we did just fine. Also our last am there we took showers and the drain got clogged and water was everywhere but 1 quick call and they were taking care of us right away!!!

Be careful there is no way that this is a 4 star hotel, max 1-2 stars. Rude staff and unhelpful. Lacks proper safety measures no security, anyone can access any floor, you cannot lock the room from inside and doesn’t have a peephole. Rooms were not ready upon check in and once we received them they were untidy and don’t look as pictures. We checked out 5 mins after our stay and did not get refunded.

The location is perfect. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The hotel is old-fashion , but the staff makes a great effort to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

The vibes were on point - It's kind of pricy, but that is reflected in the interior and the overall feeling. The room was rather big, has a reasonably priced minibar and the decor is very pretty. Also the Bathroom is very modern and well lit.
Breakfast has reasonable time, meaning it is until checkout at 11:00.
The windows did not close properly. This has left-to-right sliding windows with interlocked hinged in the middle. Meaning if you move it all the way to the left, the left side is fully closed, but the right side is now open a little bit. if you move the right panel to the right side, the hinge in the middle also pulls on the left panel, opening the left side a little.
This is dramatically lowers the perceived value - i mean come one, the windows cant be closed for 250€ a night?
So earplugs are a must

Great location, just steps from the Stephansplatz (St Stephen's Cathedral) yet down a side street so you don't hear much at night. The room is beautifully decorated and the furniture is comfortable. There is a separate water closet which is nice, so that someone can use the toilet while another person is showering. When planning the trip, I looked around for a while for something that was nice, modern, yet reasonably priced by Vienna standards, and this hotel very much fit the bill.
We had to ask for an extra set of pillows because the ones provided were pretty thin, but I just called down to reception and was immediately assisted. The bed was comfortable but was two separate mattresses pushed together - not a problem for us but may be for others.

The central location and the positive staff
The room was dated, with old mattresses and a spotty bathroom. The morning of my departure, the lift was out of work from 8.30 until after 11 when I left. Considering the hotel has ten floors and only one lift, this is pretty awful. Finally, the liquid soap, body lotion etc. was literally named ‘Toilet paper’. I found that slightly disgusting.

The location was great. We were able to catch the subway or tram to wherever we needed to go easily. The front desk staff was very helpful with maps and directions plus suggestions for where to eat, and a coffee drink mid afternoon was always offered. It rained one day we were there and the hotel had large umbrellas for us to use.

The room was very cozy and clean. It had everything you needed for your stay—towels, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, and slippers. In the morning you can drink coffee in your room. Also, you can drink coffee near the reception (it’s free!).
Employees from the reception are very friendly and helpful.
They have a luggage room so you can leave your luggage after check-out.
To the Stephansplatz only 2 minutes for a walk!
