The bed was very comfortable and I had an excellent sleep. Breakfast buffet exceeded my expectations; in combination with the view over the roofs of Vienna, I had a very pleasant start into the day.

The room as so lovely with a nice balcony with panoramic views. Everything was clean and tidy. The staff were amazing. The free cakes and coffee before 5pm, the chocolate on the pillow and a chocolate Easter bunny were unexpected surprises!

A Wow hotel. It was not cheap but we got a good return for our money. The room was amazing, one of the best we had ever stayed in. Breakfat wa good and staff was helpful. It is near the Stadd park and abot 10 min of a noce walk to the touristic center.

The room was simply incredible. The absolute highlight was the private balcony overlooking Stadpark. The room itself was perfect! clean, with an ideal layout, a comfy bed, a bathroom, and a lounging space.

The location is convenient to many of the major landmarks and public transportation. The staff was is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was much better than expected. The food was fresh and delicious. They have cooked to order eggs. We loved our room with a balcony to enjoy beautiful Vienna. Alex checked us out and because we had to leave early, he made us coffee to enjoy while we waited for our ride.

This hotel is perfectly located, within walking distance of everything. I had a room with a beautiful view of the cathedral and a huge corner terrace, which made the stay especially memorable. Everything was great — the staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was wonderful. The room was also quiet, which made it easy to relax.
The only minor downsides were a rather small bathroom and a slightly inconvenient mirror. Interestingly, standard double rooms without a balcony have a larger bathroom and a full-size mirror on the wardrobe. Overall, these are just small details, and the hotel itself is absolutely wonderful. I would definitely stay here again.
