The location is really good, very close to the city center.
Staff are nice
The toilet in my room had an unpleasant smell, which was a bit inconvenient. In addition, there’s no staff available during the night except for the receptionist, so assistance with luggage isn’t possible for late arrivals.
The breakfast was good overall, but I unfortunately found a hair in both the apple cake and the bread. When I reported this, the staff mentioned that the manager was unwell and not present, and that the breakfast was supplied by an external restaurant.

This hotel is nicely situated - everything within a walking distance (including CAT, Wien Mitte). The room was very spacious, with terrace and amazing view from the top. Breakfast was very rich with tasty options (eggs prepared upon the request, fresh brewed coffee) and very nice service. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely place to recommend.

Very good oocation and a very efficient room. I had a balcony and the view was excellent. Also breakfast was amazing and a wonderful view when eating. Good location to old town and trainstation.Staff was very helpful. One excellent thing with the room was the possibillity tpo charge equipment at the bed and at the working desk.
It was nothing I did not like.

This hotel is the perfect place to visit Vienna center but have a quiet and pleasant surrounding. The room was spatios, breakfast is incredible (very good coffee, eggs prepared upon request, great varietty of cold options), with a great view from 12th floor, and also several good options for drinks in the lobby, 24x7. Tram station, underground stations, trains from Wien Mitte station - all accessible by foot in couple of minutes. Staff was very friendly, helpful, polite. This is my second time in this hotel, will definetly use it more in occasion.

I usually like to choose hotels on side streets where it is calmer and this certainly was this type of hotel. Nice and calm. The room was great although an older style but what you pay for are the views. It is a small hotel but the views are really great. Breakfast buffet is continental style with some local dishes but the view from the breakfast room is super.
The one thing this hotel has is the views. That is why I stayed there.
Carpeted rooms that had an odor after they have been vacuumed. I opened the balcony to air it out. I thought the toilet was small and smelt a little from the drainage well but I just ran the shower and problem solved. Would love if the TV was internet connected so one could stream from cell phone to it (did not have a cable with me)

The room was a very decent size for two people. Nicely appointed. Location was great. Not in the City center where you would pay a lot more for a hotel room. But the location was directly across from a beautiful city park and you could walk to the Opera or Cathedrals in about 10 minutes. Lots of shopping and great restaurants! Cab stand right outside. AND, a cake and coffee free offering everyday! We did not take advantage of their breakfast buffet but it looked amazing!
Most staff were very friendly and helpful but a few were not.
