The room was very nice, clean and comfortable with all necessary amenities. The balcony and the view was a great bonus!
To staff was overall nice and helpful, the location was perfect. It’s a walking distance from the main train station and to the center of the city. There are additional public transportation options near the hotel.
It’s closed to groceries store and great restaurants.
Minor but the balcony isn’t accessible when it’s rainy as it has no roof. It’s also only partially separated from the balconies of the next rooms, which makes it less private.
Also, when I arrived at the hotel, the presence at the reception was of a junior receptionist that wasn’t very welcoming. I believe it’s important that an experienced staff member will be there to welcome guests.

Great hotel in Vienna! The attendance team is very kind, the infrastructure is great, the room was confortable and this hotel is very well positioned for all Vienna public transportation options.
I do recommend it!
