The location was very convenient to all the major sites and shopping areas. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. Very clean.
The facilities were a bit dated. The bed was terribly uncomfortable. Mattress was thin and I could feel the coils through it. The bathroom was very small with no area for storage. Our room was very hot and it didn’t seem like we could control the thermostat.

Such a great choice of hotel we made! It’s an old hotel but excellently maintained. Very clean! Perfect location! View from the 13th floor was breathtaking as the view from the breakfast room on the 12th floor. The breakfast itself was superb! The service staff were very efficient and attentive.

Really good location! It is near to a lot of restaurants and shops. Near the airport train station as well. Very central in a quiet location. Very kind and friendly staffs. Thank you to Liz and team for making the birthday of my husband really special!

I stayed at the hotel and had no hot water in the shower. When I called the front desk, they argued with me and said there was nothing they could do until a maintenance person arrived at 6 AM. I clearly explained that I had no intention of waking up at 6 AM just to get hot water. The staff spoke to me very rudely on the phone and showed absolutely no sense of customer service. The next morning, they told me that the maintenance person had checked and claimed everything was working and that there was hot water — even though a staff member had been in my room the day before for almost 30 minutes and saw for herself that there was no hot water. The receptionist essentially implied that we were lying, which was completely unacceptable and untrue. They later offered me a complimentary breakfast, but only after I had already eaten — something that could have easily been offered the night before. In the end, they gave me a very small refund of €30 for the inconvenience, which honestly felt insulting. A truly disappointing experience. I expected much better from a hotel of this level.

Loved the overall comfort and location. The room was extremely clean. The staff was exceptionally kind. This is a great place to stay and I had a great time.
The shower area door had a small leak... so a small amount of water used to flow out when you shower. But not a deal breaker.

Perfect room for a single traveler (although I'm aware some people would consider it small). It had everything I needed and was laid out for maximum efficiency with a bit of coziness, too. Nice balcony and view of city. Desk staff very welcoming and helpful. Ideal location for my event at a nearby hotel that would have been far more expensive. Pleasant neighborhood. Wifi was very good.
The only thing missing in the otherwise fine bathroom was a grip bar in the shower. Also, an odd clash with the otherwise tasteful design was a peculiar silhouette of a person on the door of the bathroom (whose idea was that?)
