The location was very convenient especially because we had rain every day. The HopOnHopOff bus stopped nearby which helped enormously in rainy weather. The Hotel provided umbrellas for our use as well, and on days of less wind we were able to walk to many of the landmarks of Vienna. We would highly recommend and could possibly return.
It is a shame that the restaurant while still providing breakfast is no longer open at night. There are, however, many good restaurants nearby.

Very quiet, very functional. Great location within 5 minutes walking distance from the center of the city. For the price in March I'd return. For the price they ask in May I wouldn't.
I travelled from Sunday to Saturday, obviously for work. I arrived at 10 am after an overnight flight. There must have been a lot of rooms empty given the dates (mid March) and still they didn't have the courtesy to offer an early check in. I travel for work a lot and in other hotels, whenever possible, they do let you check in early. The cleaning lady put everything out of the way to clean and left it there. Specially in the bathroom, she left everything wherever she wanted, not where I left it. This gave the impression of not "returning home" but really to going back somewhere where you didn't belong. I would have made the room larger and the terrace smaller (it's really gigantic) but there's no fixing that now.

The location was perfect for us. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean and stylish. We had a small balcony and a view over the Old City of Vienna, including St. Stephen's Cathedral. Breakfast was also very good, with many personally prepared options.
