Light, sunny room, comfortable bed, good reading lights.
Very slow check-in, although check out was quick and efficient. Allocated room with 2 single beds pushed together, although had booked King room, not an 'if available' option. On returning to reception was told that no king beds were available until the following day. After stating this was unacceptable as I had booked a king bed and that they would need to upgrade me to a room with a king bed the receptionist agreed. However, it was not offered as a matter of course which I would have expected. The fitness room was the size of a broom cupboard, full of equipment but not enough space for more than a couple of people to use safely. Free weights were available but where one would use them was debatable. No bench was provided but then then there was no space to put one. In my opinion the fitness room should be moved to a bigger space or closed down. Finally, we requested clean bath towels as they had not been replaced by housekeeping and were still wet in the evening after returning from sauna like conditions in Vienna. The button for reception on the hotel phone did not work so messaged them via email. Received a response the following afternoon! Also informed me of the number to ring reception which was not stated anywhere in the room. Would question why there is a button on the phone stating reception if that doesn't connect!

Very good location. Public transport is very close, both - metro and tram. Also train station, from which to get to the airport, is very close. The hotel staff is very kind and helpful. The room was very comfort and perfectly cleaned every day.
There were no teaspoons in the room for making coffee or tea. Everything else was perfect.

The hotel is greatly situated, only ten minutes away from Kärntner Straße. The staff is very kind, the room always clean and you could notice that they really cared about the customers. Breakfast was very good too. We loved it.
There was nothing to not like. Everything was great.

Excellent hotel! Clean, aesthetically pleasing, wonderful location, very helpful staff, good mattresses and pillows, comfortable temperature in the room, L’Occitan cosmetics in the bathroom, high quality food. I’d suggest to add more greens and vegetables to the breakfast buffet and to add a minibar to the room. Other than that, it was a very good stay, worth its price!

Great central location, able to walk to many attractions.
There was no coffee maker as listed on the room description. Only an electric kettle. Breakfast was expensive and did not even include the coffee/juice. Had to pay more for that. Also, they add hidden service charges to everything. So the cost you see on Booking.com is not what you will pay for your stay.
