Location, room design and convenience of hotel bar/restaurant on site. Hotel is close to the Art Advent Christmas market (approx 7 minutes) and about a 20 minute walk from Christkindlemarkt.

Hotel Am Konzerthaus is hands down one of the best hotels my husband and i have stayed. From the incredible design, extremely helpful and polite staff, to the incredibly clean and cozy rooms filled with very nice amenities, I would highly suggest it as one of the best options to stay when visiting vienna. The hotel is only 10 minutes walking distance from the center of the city but has bus stops, tram stops, and train stations in very close proximity to it. It is situated in a very quiet area and you can also take the train from and to the airport. The closest train station is at 15 minutes walking distance, and the S7 will take you to and from the airport in a matter of 20 minutes. I would also suggest you try out their breakfast. It's an amazing buffet with everything you might want! The belvedere palace is only 5 minutes away, and in general, the hotel is very close to all the main tourist attractions you want to visit when going to vienna. Overall a wonderful stay!

As a second stay at this hotel, we appreciated again the staff professionalism, kindness, helpfulness, readiness to accommodate customers demands. Very good and diversified breakfast, good quality food and clean service. The bar was also very good for small bites along a glass of wine/beer. The staff of breakfast and bar was also very friendly and delivered a neat service. We also got the chance to get a table at the Apron restaurant which was an exquisite experience, to remember!

Well located and modern.
I was travelling with my mom (76 years old) and since there were no bars in the tub/shower for her to hold on to, she couldnt shower as she was afraid to fall. Luckily, we were only there 1 night.

A beautiful, quiet hotel with a great location It was one of the best hotels I stayed in. The hosts are wonderful and have a very high level of service. I want to thank the hotel staff, everyone was very kind, helpful and always smiling.
There was no bathrobe, slippers or toothbrush, I hope they will be available next time.

It was absolutely terrible experience- due to technical issues we were moved to another hotel where was made no reservation. So after almoast 2 hour discussions we were forced to find middle of night transport and place to stay. Waste of money, time and emotions. Definately I Do NOT suggest this hotel

The breakfast was very good. Room was very spacious and bed comfortable. Whith walking distance to attractions and I felt safe walking by myself.
Only one coffee machine at breakfast which made for a very long wait especially as hotel seemed very full. Only 2x sachets of coffee supplied in room,would have been nice to have at least 4 so I could have a cup before going down to breakfast.
