The owner is very nice, speaks good English and would give a lot of local advice (restaurants, sites, transportation) upon request. Our room was extremely spacious, comfortable, and awesomely decorated!
Minor: need a short bus ride to reach city attractions, but this bus is very frequent and comfortable.

It might have been the best stay in Austria. The owner was lovely and so helpful. And patient with our full blown energy kids (which is rare in Austria). The appartment was super comfortable. The breakfast was amazing. They even helped us with the laundry, which was very appreciated.
I liked everything. Only thing missing was a shelf in the shower! Location is good but a bit far. However we knew this before booking. The bus stop is very close (like 1min) . For metro, you need to walk 10-11 minutes.

We had a wondeful room - very spacious, well-furnished/decorated and comfortable with a built-in kitchen and large bathroom. We enjoyed the artworks on display throughout the hotel. Breakfast was well-priced, delicious and delivered straight to our room after sending through our order the previous night. The hotel is located just around the corner from a metro station, tram and bus stop and offers very easy access to Vienna main station and multiple attractions within the city. The owner was also very accommodating, allowing us to check in early and keeping our bags for a few hours after checking out.

Cozy apartment with everything I needed for a nice, although short, stay in Vienna. Check-in experience was very welcoming. The breakfast was delicious - felt like a 5-star hotel having it delivered to my room. The location was good - near plenty of public transit options, as well as walkable to a lot. Would stay here again!

Convenient location. A little hard to find with the rental cars GPS but eventually did. Place is located on a one way narrow street with little to no parking to stop and unload. This is very typical in Vienna. Good thing they had a parking garage available underground around the block. Gated, secure, left the car there ( comes at a price) like most hotels there. Used public transportation to get around, tram, U-Bahn, bus was right across the property. Get a weekly ticket, best value depending how long one stays.
Great big room and bathroom. Had an area with refrigeration, coffee & Espresso maker, toaster, microwave, silverware& china etc.
Eclectic kind of place. Lots of paintings.
No elevator though but help is available with luggage. The owner is very friendly and helpful in many ways explaining in/outs where to go etc. etc. Speaks 3 languages.

Breakfast was delivered to your door after ordering the night before. The room was large,comfortable, with art on the walls and classical music in the halls. There were books on art, architecture, and culture in several languages. Close to a light rail station,across the street!
My wife wanted us to move in! A closet kitchen was in the room. Manager was very helpful with all of our questions.Wow

The stay at this hotel was great. The wonderful breakfast (which was included in the price) was delivered to the room. You can rent bicycles nearby and get to the city center in 15 minutes.

Apart from being charming and warm, the personal touch and all the facilities are dedicated to enhance your comfort.
10/10 cleaness, location and facilities. The room was also very quiet, even though it was a street view room. The kitchenette with fridge was also a great asset for us.
If you love art as much as I do, this place will also be a good choice.
Thank you for the hotel to be one of the favourite spots within entire Vienna of my 9 year old companion.

Cannot recommend this place enough! Really charming hotel and the owner has amazing attention to detail, really cares about the guests and gave us great advice on everything from transportation to cafes. The room was very big and comfortable, quiet and with a lovely little lounge area where we could have our breakfast. The breakfast itself is amazing and is prepared fresh for you and served directly to your room. Good location with easy access to everything Vienna has to offer. Best value for money we’ve had in a very long time and we would come back anytime!

A lovely old hotel with many authentic items in the room, it will take you into the rich history of the city of Vienna. Very friendly host, always ready to give useful advice or help. Breakfast service in the room is a great idea, as is the breakfast itself.

The hotel was very well located for me - I wanted to be near a Subway station (Vienna has an excellent subway system) and the hotel was literally one minute's walk to the station. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The owner of the hotel was very friendly and hospitable. I can honestly say that I had one of the best breakfasts I have ever had anywhere at any hotel, which is a speciality and clearly a passion for this place. I will definitely book here again, the next time I travel to Vienna and would recommend it to anyone planning a stay in this city, and who wants a central location.
