The host was awesome. He was always available and very quick to respond to all our queries. It's rare to find such hosts. The apartment is located next to the local train station and has several eating options around. The SPAR nearby was very convenient. Since we were staying during the peak summer the air conditioner was a blessing. The compact kitchen compartment was superb.

The host was very helpful with tons of useful informations. The location was perfect so close to subway, bus and tram. The breakfast was served at our room and was fresh and very tasty. The interior was filled with nice furnitures and paintings. Overall we were very happy staying there and if we ever go to Vienna again we would love to stay in this place.

The hotel is beautiful inside. The owner was very welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. The room was fantastic, I say room but it was huge with a sofa, the bathroom was huge and there was a separate toilet. Breakfast was fantastic. Close to public transport and has secure parking.
When you arrive the area doesn't look great. However, as soon as you walk through the door of the hotel it's like you're in another world.

Liked the size of the apartment and the fact you have everything you need for a few days stay. It's close to the U-bahn station, other public transportation and supermarkets. The best thing about this place is the kindness of the owner who is really friendly and helpful.
Continental breakfast is just ok.

The appartement is very spacious and nicely decorated. The kitchenette hast everything you might need including a Nespresso coffe machine.
Just outside of the inner districts but around the corner of a tube stop and other facilities like a supermarket.
Can be noisy depending on the time of the day but windows are blocking it. As there is an air conditioning you dont really need to open the windows to the street. There are windows to a quiet court yard though.

The place is perfect; a cozy room with a kitchen and a very comfortable bed. Very good connections to central parts of Vienna. Mr Panus is very kind and helpful, and had a nice breakfast prepared for us in the morning. Highly recommended - we hope to come back soon!

Amazing host. Amazing attention to detail ,things like quality soaps ,robes etc. Generous host, if you like coffe then enjoy the coffee non of this 1 pod per person .
Superb ambience, the effort in the decorations really makes the place, you feel you are staying in an exotic apartment that really compliments Vienna giving an whole experience.
if this place is available definitely stay here!
Parking situation in the whole of Vienna is not perfect but good quality, Ie you can get a large car down safely,underground parking for around 10 euro per day is available. So not really a problem

Location was very good. The neighbourhood is nice and the hotel is right next to an u-bahn station. Just a few stops and you're in the city center. The breakfast was good as well, everything was fresh and tasty. The room was much larger than expected, with a comfortable bed, kitchen area, and well-stocked bathrooms. Even though the hotel is near a busy street, any noise from traffic was minimal with the windows closed. The host was able to get us parking on the street for 10 eur a day, which is cheaper than the nearby garages. All in all a lovely stay that exceeded expectations!
