This is my second stay at this hotel, and everything has been very good. The hotel is wonderful, with beautiful, comfortable, and very clean rooms. The staff is very friendly, and the breakfast is excellent. The hotel's location is perfect, next to City Hall and Parliament. There are also tram and metro stops about 75 and 150 meters away, respectively. If I return to Vienna, I would like to stay at this hotel again.

This is our favorite place to stay when we come to Vienna. The staff is very helpful and warm-hearted, the breakfast is superb, and we love the neighborhood, close to, but away from the tourist throngs in the city center. Metro station 2 blocks away, plentiful excellent options for dinning.
rooms are compact (we had the impression they were bigger last time we stayed. perhaps they are larger on a higher floor - we were on floor 1 this time). People should be aware that the hotel does not have a restaurant, but the breakfast is open until something like 1pm.

Lives up to it’s name with the art works. Great decorations and bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Great cocktails in the evenings.

Breakfast was brilliant and always plenty of options available. Staff were kind. The reception staff were always willing to assist us with any questions and queries we had. Rooms were clean, well maintained and modern.

We saw that the reviews for the breakfast were good, but it still exceeded our expectations. Recommend trying the Eggs Benedict. It's a must have. Location is ideal
Some well rated restaurants in the vicinity.
If we really had to nitpick, the cocktails were quite pricey. And that maybe the room was a bit smaller than we'd expected. But very well designed.
