Modern surroundings easy access to shopping mall, transportation, nice views of the surrounding area.
While the breakfast was good $30 USD is a bit steep for even a large buffet breakfast. I found the energy saving routines too extream and excessive. There was no written local info in the room and I found it a bit space and cold. I'm not sure it was a good value overall.

Pleasant
Our stay was a bit disappointing. The room wasn’t cleaned during our two-night stay, and there was no proper ventilation. Also, the room lacked basic facilities and amenities. It could be improved with better maintenance and service.

Everything was great. The staff is friendly, the room is very good. It would be good if there was an option to open the window and if the door to the toilet was not sliding but standard. Apart from that, everything was great.

Very Good
Very modern and clean place. Quiet and restfull
We had issues with paid parking. Even though it was a paid service, i had to walk from the parking place to reception two times after card did not work when trying to leave. Other than that it was great

Poor
I liked the location of the hotel, it is convenient to get to and easy to get out of the city and back into the city, and it also has a shopping center with a supermarket and an excellent coffee place.
The attitude at the reception was that of the two girls, one who received us and one who was missing and defective in the morning and unlucky, who did not come to meet us. In addition, on the first day the air conditioner and kettle did not work in the room, after we complained and changed rooms as requested, they gave us a room next to the elevator, which had the noise of the elevators that was felt the most, in addition to the room they gave us there were young guys who made noise all night, which did not sleep well. And more......

Wonderful
We were accommodated on the 21st floor. We had a wonderful view of the city and a comfortable room. Everything was clean.
The breakfast was okay, but there were a few downsides. The bacon was overcooked... There were no juice options – only fruit-infused water.There were few options of sweets.

Very Good
Great atmosphere, nice sized room for 1 person, good breakfast with a view and lunch was also very delicious
Unfortunately no fridge so I could not buy any fresh produce to bring to the room.

Had a wonderful stay at Clarion Hotel Vienna. The room was modern and spotless, staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was ideal for exploring the city. Highly recommended!

I liked everything, accomodation, rich breakfast , staff, the view from our room at the 21st floor, great view from the elevator
No free parking, no free tables for breakfast, we have waited for 10 min every morning.

Wonderful
Very nice, clean and well located hotel. The restaurant on the 22nd floor was fantastic. Garage available and good connection to the city center.
