The staff was very friendly, the location is good, a lot of attractions are in walkable distance. And for the usual Vienna price rate it is a great value for money with what is offered (gym, location, etc).

Im so happy we chose this hotel for our first family getaway; the entire staff is so sweet & helpful, providing us with the best possible solutions for our enquiries regarding transportation. The food (breakfast & dinner) was delicious! The hotel is located at a convenient location, with underground, bus stops, trams & access to Vienna Pass transportation 5 -10 mins walk

Great hotel, lovely large room, super clean and helpful staff. Very good neighbourhood with a lot of shops to eat and drink. Breakfast could be better, if they were to change something every day. Say add omelet instead of scrambled, but pretty good breakfast all in all. Close to old city, close to the food market, 10 minutes walk to metro, busses around the corner. Highly recommended

Room was big enough to accomotate all the family (4 persons) with two TVs. Breakfast was very good. Especially espresso coffee was very nice. The area is very good and very quiet.
If you have baby stroller there is no ramp in the corridor

We booked 2 standard rooms but had an upgrade on one of them - received a garden view room which was spacious( bed + sofa + table + desk) and it had everything we needed. The standard room was also ok (the sofa & table were missing). The bed & pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast was tasty and divers ( the options remained 90% the same through the 3 days that we've stayed). The location was also great since there is a billa really close by (2-3 minutes walking distance) and many bus/metro stations. A big plus were the many restaurants in the proximity.
These were not deal-breakers for us but good to know: - We could not change the temperature in the room (we didn't manage to make the AC work) but the blanket was good enough. - The bathroom door did not close if the lock was not used. - It was hard to find the garden-view room (another sign near the outside doors could have helped)
