Great location and train from the airport arrives just outside. St. Stephens Cathedral is just a walk away, passing some lovely shops, cafes and bars. Lovely breakfast and the hotel bar is very enjoyable.
There were no twin rooms available when checking in. I had booked a twin room months in advance, to be told that none were available due to a conference in the hotel. The twin room was a necessity as it was my friend and I on a city break. We waited on a new room only to arrive to a double bed. Again we went to reception to advise that we wanted a twin room. They arranged another room with a fold up bed. We wasted a couple of our sight-seeing hours waiting for the room to be sorted.

Wonderful
In general, the hotel has a very convenient location right next to Mitte Station. The staff were friendly, and the room was quite spacious and comfortable. The hall was beautifully decorated with a Christmas theme, which added a nice touch to our stay. Overall, we enjoyed our time at this hotel.
The only major downside was that our freezer didn’t work. I notified the reception, but it seems the issue wasn’t addressed, as it still didn’t work when we returned in the evening. This was disappointing, as I like to keep water cold.
Another issue, mentioned by many other travelers as well, was the air-conditioning system, which was too loud. We had to switch it off at night. But, the room stayed warm, so we could sleep comfortably even with the heating off.
Additionally, some amenities such as slippers and robes were not provided. Later in the comments I saw that they are available upon request, but this wasn’t communicated to us. For such reputable hotel, it feels a bit strange that these items are not provided by default.
But overall, despite these issues, the hotel is still very good and you can definitely enjoy your stay.

The location is great. Although we did not book a room with a view, as soon as you leave the hotel, you can walk through a beautiful park and then towards the city. The room was clean, cosy, well- lit and the temperature of the room was perfect when we arrived. The beds were very comfortable.
When I arrived at the hotel, it was before (11AM) the checkin time (3PM) and I was ok with that but wanted to ask whether the room was already available just to see if I was lucky. I got in the checkin line, which had about 5 people. The gentlemen at the counter said the room wasn't yet ready but he confirmed my reservation, checked my passport, etc. but then said, because the room is not yet available, I will have to come back after 3 to re-do the checkin process once again. I was surprised hoping he could put in my info to the system to complete the checkin and I would just grab the keys after 3PM.
But I had to come back at around 3 where there was a 20 people line. I had to go through the process once again when I could have authenticated my passport and all my details when I arrived in the morning. Certainly not efficient enough for the standard of Hilton. Overall, the checkin process and the queue has to be managed better.

We enjoyed the hotel location, very central (near CAT train and metro) and the room features, including cleanliness and sleep quality. We hoped for a room with a park view, but this was not applicable for our stay, we had the city & street view, which was OK, still very nice. Wi-Fi worked rather well, but we had to login every day. Overall this hotel is perfect for a city break in Vienna, good value for money, so we plan to return. Note that Hilton Honors did not apply, because we used Booking.
Breakfast felt overpriced and poorly organized - we expected a better service and perfect specialty coffee, which is not the case here. We decided to eat outside the hotel, finally - at "Joseph Brot Cafe", 3 minutes walking distance, we found the expected standard.

The property was clean, and the room itself was tidy and well-maintained.
My overall experience was disappointing. When I arrived, there was no one available to help with my luggage at the entrance. The reception rarely answered the phone—only once during my entire 5-day stay—so I often had to go downstairs in person, even late at night or when I wasn’t dressed to go out.
They also didn’t provide basic amenities such as bottled water (I was told to drink from the tap), tissues, slippers, cotton pads, or other essentials.
In addition, the small towels were provided only on the first day, then removed and not replaced.
One of the reception staff members was very rude, to the point that I avoided contacting the front desk altogether. Overall, the service level was far below expectations.

The rooms are spacious and the hotel's location is excellent.
This is my first time staying in a hotel where there is no complimentary water .
There are also no bathroom amenities or slippers.
When I contacted hotel customer service, their response regarding the water bottle was contradictory, and the employee's tone was harsh.

Location is good, 10 minutes walk from the center, near to shopping malls and some good restaurants and cafes..
Very slow check in process.. The lady at the front desk should have been more pleasant and helpful..check in took more than 20 minutes, and I was asked to wait longer despite the fact that I checked in one day after my booking, which means that I checked in on the 24th while my booking started 23rd..

Excellent central location for seeing and experiencing Vienna travel highlights and activities. Extremely easy to reach hotel via train directly from the airport.
Breakfast restaurant was extremely busy due to a convention being held at the hotel that weekend. Food was excellent but noise and seating availability was poor.

The location is excellent, 150 meters from CAT station
Check-in is too long. Even if there was a crowd, 30 minutes waiting is not acceptable. Formalities and filling information about guests is too long and challenging.
Room amenities are very poor, especially if you're a business traveller. There's no essential things. I called reception for slippers, but other things like cotton buds, tuffers, etc, are not available. Also, the bathroom is too small.
Mini bar is completely empty, there's a fridge, but if you want wather at 2 o'clock in the morning, you have to go to the shop on the ground floor.
Finally, I paid 37 euros for breakfast to go, which is more than too much for plain toast bread sandwich with just lettuce, kinda cheese, and pickled onion; water, apple and muffin.
If you're a business traveller with small baggage, this definitely should not be your choice.
