The staff I was communicating with is absolutely brilliant. They answered very quickly, professional,polite, correct and informative even to silly questions, even late at the evening.
The apartment looks much better than on the pictures. Big rooms and beds, high seeling. Beautiful.
Very good location, 5 min walk from most of the public transport lines.
There wasn't air-conditioning, which made it a bit difficult to sleep.
Some small remarks on the cleanings.
If you have a disability, it will be probably difficult to take a shower in the bathtub, which was the only option.

Pleasant
The location of the property is extremely good. right at the centre and easy to commute to all the main attractions. The house is big as well with dishwasher.
Basic amenities were missing. The whole point of choosing an apartment with kitchen is to have the comfort of cooking your meal but if you are to buy salt, sugar, pepper, oil then the point is lost. We had one of the worst sleeps due to heat. We were there during the heatwave and there was no fan provided which made our stay extremely uncomfortable. And lastly, the sofa cum bed is so oddly shaped that its tough to accommodate two people there.

Everything was nice. Property was spacious. Rooms are comfy and clean. Bed are good and clean.
There wasn't any shampoo and body shower and no free water and snacks for guests. It would be nice if available. There is only one trash which is not enough. No tissues in the living room

This suite looked exactly like in the photos, very spacious and also stylish. I felt very comfortable. The location is very good, almost everything is within walking distance. 100% recommended.

The location of this apartment is fantastic. The rooms of the apartment are spacious, tasteful, clean and the kitchen has everything I need. Bed was very cozy. Easy access to the flat with codes. I had a great experience in this beautiful apartment. I recommend this place.

The location of the apartment is fantastic. Very accessible by bus and subway. Restaurant, cafe are just nearby. The rooms of the apartment are spacious, clean and the kitchen has everything I need, even a dishwasher. I really enjoyed to stay here! :)
