- Great location, close to super market, tram station and walking distance from Praterstern station for easy access to the city and the airport (S7 train every 30 mins) - Large comfortable appartment with nice beds, big kitchen, warm (and Netflix) - Self check-in worked without any problems

It was a good location close to a tram stop that takes you to the city center, the apartments was lovely, very beautiful and there was also a supermarket close by.
The only thing that took us by surprise was that they didn't left any shower gel, so just be more cautious to take all your shower supplies with you.

good location, nice apartment, everything you need is there. not far from the center, there is some restaurants and park to go to, tram stop is just around the corner
everything was ok, reasonable supply of the coffee tablets and more than one dishwasher tablets would be great

Flat is nice and big
I wont be staying there again just because of the customer service and how they treat their customer. When I wanted to check in at 4.30 pm I started to enter the code and someone was inside the flat still at this time. I had to wait until they left so I could check in. No sorry,nothing . I asked if its possible to stay a little longer like 11.30/12pm or leave the bag for a few hours and they declined. But why, if your cleaning team (which is actually not a team but a one young girl) needs at least 5 hours to clean the flat? Makes no sense because she only took one hour and left as we were waiting for the taxi,so not sure why we couldnt stay longer if check in is still from 4?

The location of the property was very good, tram stop just around the corner. Shops can be reached quickly on foot. The apartment is very spacious, comfortably furnished and well equipped.

Close to public transport easy to find services close by shops and restaurants. Extremely quite no street noise. Large apartment plenty of space, very well equipped comfortable and nice decorated.
