Location, comfortable bed, host that replies quickly and comes up with solutions for everything, facilities and cleanliness.
Air conditioner works but not perfect (needs a clean up and annual check). Wi-fi works but weak and sometimes out (Thus, lots of interruptions when watching Netflix). Only one garbage bag was provided for 5 days.

Very nice and quiet apartment, just a few metro stations from the city center. Clean bathroom, equipped kitchen, small living room, comfortable bed. It was easy to enter using the codes for the main door and for the door of the apartment.
Pillows could be better, but this is really a minor thing.

Clean and comfortable. You feel like home. Two metro stations near the flat, small Bila, pharmacy, two backeries.

Very peaceful area, 5 minutes walk to the ubahn. Extremely clean apartment with comfortable bed, all facilities for a comfortable stay.

Easy to reach with the subway. Everything you need to feel like home is at the apartment, I felt very comfortable. Easy access to check in and check out with codes. Definitely recommendable.
