Very Good
Very clean, friendly stuff. Location is great for families as it’s in the millennium city mall, which has all you need , and has metro station directly from there.
Breakfast is very basic, and can benefit from more options, especially with more vegetables options for vegan people.

Disappointing
Location
There was so much noise early morning from approximately from 8-10 am , there was construction going on and no one told me anything about it or apologised after that.

Wonderful
Modern, comfy, reasonably spacious, very clean and well maintained. The lighting was great, so was the AC, there was a large closet for the suitcases and clothes, plenty of shelves, the beds and bed covers were cofortable, the curtains of the large window were sliding smoothly and the bathroom was one of the most functional ones I have been in.
I got what I paid for and would stay there again, but if I am super picky, these are the things that could be improved:
1. We were three in the room, but there was only one chair. Even some foldable ones that do not take extra space would have made a difference.
2. The room was linked to an adjacent room by a locked door, which made it exposed to noises coming from loud residents in that adjacent room.
3. No fridge.

Easy to find, part of Millennium City mall. Well marked underground parking, payable at the hotel reception. Swift check in. Modern elevators - yet a couple of hints need to be collected in prior for the first-time users. Subway station nearby.
Clean rooms yet weird smell (probably some aggressive detergents). Clogged bath causing discomfort while taking shower. No iron and iron board in the room. Limited selection of food for breakfast, 18 Euros per person is not worth it.

We got a free room upgrade and the view to Danube river was amazing! Train/metro station is very close and really frequent. Since the hotel is in a shopping center, you can easily find somethong to eat or drink. The area is safe and calm. Everything was great.

Good location, next to the train-Uban station. 10 to 15 minutes from the centre of Vienna by public transport, Uban and underground. Very quiet during the night. Breakfast was also good.
No sleepers.

Exceptional
The view was amazing. The room and bathroom were clean. There was no noise, there was excellent temperature in the room. There are plenty of stores in your feet and all transport you need. I will visit it for sure. And there is also security in the area.
