The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff were very friendly.
Its location is excellent, just a five-minute walk from the U2.
The breakfast was outstanding, offering a wide variety of options to suit anyone with a good appetite.
One thing that differed from other hotels was that room cleaning and fresh towels were provided only upon request—you need to arrange this at reception. We did so, and everything worked perfectly. We stayed for a week and enjoyed a spotless room throughout our visit.

The rooms had no refrigerator, also the hotel has not balconies to go outside for a while and the living room was very small

Breakfast was very typical on the commercial side. The room was comfortable and clean
The only issue was that too much light from across the street was coming into the room; of course, we had curtains, but the view from the window was not pleasant.

Very good location, 5 mins walk to Messe-Prater metro station and 15 mins walk to the Praterstern station. Proximity to the Prater amusement park was a bonus. Breakfast was really good too.
Even though the beds were good, the pillows were too firm for our liking.

Location was close to a tube stop making the city easy to reach. Hotel in a quiet area but felt safe. We had a clean and fresh room, comfortable bed, plenty of space for us but best of all was our view across the Prater park and towards the city. Reception staff friendly and helpful.

The hotel is well-deserved; the location is good, only 5 minutes from the metro station. The price is also very reasonable, and the rooms are nice.
The breakfast area was very crowded, there were a lot of people.
