Very clean place, wonderful breakfast, cozy atmosphere
We were hungry at midnight , we asked for help to order something for delivery from outside.. we were told to have a look in platforms (that were in Austrian language and we did not know a single word) ..

close to the metro, hair dryer and coffee maker in the room, breakfast ok
there were no disposable slippers in the room, even if we asked reception they didn't give us any.

I accidentally left my wallet behind when I checked out. I immediately called the hotel when I realized it, and they kept it safe until I returned to pick it up. I really appreciate their help.

Good location - close to the metro line, near the Prater and Christmasmarkt. Clean, good quality room. Convenient parking in the back of the hotel (outside, which is an advantage for high cars). Nice modern neighbourhood. Gym is a plus! Just behind the hotel is the Prater - where are a couple of reasonable restaurants and high-adrenaline attractions.

Very easy check - in.
Breakfast started at 6- 11. It had everything, warm and cold savouries, fruit, pastries cereals, etc...very good.
Location was 4 minutes walk from U bahn and near the Prater Park.
Staff were helpful. They also kept our luggage after check out.
It would be nice to have a restaurant for dinner...although 2 minutes away there is a very good Osteria which serves a very good large pizza.
Cleaning is only upon request.
Drinks from the reception/ bar are expensive
