On the doorstep of Prater and a quick tube ride to the city! Clean, trendy and great sized hotel rooms. We had a really comfortable stay at the Hampton. Having stayed at some tiny hotel rooms that cost a bomb over the years we were impressed with the size of the room (it even had a couch). Breakfast selection was great and staff were friendly.

-Breakfast was perfect, had variety of foods, fruits, Coffee, nice tea etc
- Rooms were clean and comfortable, i liked the bathroom facilities and hand creams, conditioner etc that it had.
- Location was calm nice and safe.. Next to Prater Park which is very nice. If you have Kids and you want to visit Prater every day, or just the Park, it is just around the corner
- They kept our luggage last day until the time for our flight comes, which was very convenient
- Very very nice and convenient beds! And in general Hotel was New, fresh and modern.
- they pay attention to safety as you could clean your hands everywhere and they even had dettol wipes to. Clean the tables in the breakfast room if you wanted
- the lady that refilled the food in the breakfast every day was very friendly and there to help you as well as the staff in the service room and in the reception
- i did not like the fact that there was no refrigerator in the room. Of course it was already mentioned, so we knew when we booked
- it would be great to have a restaurant in th Hotel for dinner, although there was a variety of restaurants around
- distance from the city center was so and so. Normally you had to change some metro lines to get to stephansplatz for example
- there was no option to boil something like milk or a soup for Kids if you wanted
- a bit loudy because of the people screaming from the Prater but if you closed the window you could not hear anything
- For the Airport transportation you have to change some lines which is not nice with the luggage you carry. We finally took a van taxi and costs us 51 euros

The bed mattress wasnt comfortable. Too soft causing back pain. The rooms werent vacuumed throughout our stay. 99% of all TV channels were in German..you surely get guests from other parts of the world..BBC/CNN is nice but why just the news channels ..
