Great location right next to the Prater and close to a subway station. Staff very friendly. Good size room with a spacious bathroom and air conditioning. Excellent sound proofing on the windows.
No mosquito net on the windows. No fridge at all in the room - that was a bit of a letdown, nowhere to cool a bottle of water.

Very good location, metro station was quite close. Very good varied breakfast. The windows were soundproof, so it was pleasantly quiet. We arrived early and were able to leave our luggage until check-in.
There's no fridge in the room.

The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and diverse. The parking is a big plus, but a little bit expensive. The location is good, Prater park near the hotel is wonderland for children.
A little bit noisy late in the evening with window open, but not an issue. A minibar or little refrigerator for drinks would be nice.

We had stayed at this hotel before and, overall, we had another great experience. However, there was one small thing that could have made our stay even better. We flew from Hamburg to Vienna and didn’t arrive at the hotel until around 10:00 p.m. It had been an extremely hot day, with temperatures above 33°C. Since we had been traveling, we didn’t have any water with us, and by the time we arrived, all the nearby shops were already closed. Although we were able to buy a bottle of water at the hotel, it would have been a thoughtful gesture to have complimentary water waiting in the room, especially on such a hot day and for guests arriving late. It’s only a small detail, but it would have shown that the hotel is thinking ahead and caring for its guests’ comfort.

I could not find hand towels. Cleaning of room was not enogh I think. There is a lunapark next to hotel and it is a little noisy. However this is not related to hotel. They provide solution for it.

Excellent hotel, highly recommended. The rooms are spacious, modern, very clean, and surprisingly quiet – you can't hear any noise from outside or from other rooms, which made for a very comfortable stay. The breakfast is excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and tasty options. The location is perfect for exploring the city, and the metro station is only a 3-minute walk from the hotel, making it easy to get anywhere in Vienna. The staff are extremely friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any request. Overall, a fantastic experience. Clean rooms, great breakfast, perfect location, excellent sound insulation, and outstanding service. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Vienna. 10/10.
