Clean and kind staff.
They did not check the shampoo and tissues in bathroom. And I had almost nothing. Please do not forget to check it after each customer.

A HUGE double room with a lot of space that was very clean, very well maintained with a very comfortable bed.
The breakfast was really good, don't expect something overly special with the assortment, but a very well-made continental breakfast. Thumbs up for having oat milk available without asking for it. The breakfast room was also very tidy and clean
The service was very good, friendly and helpful, besides the night shift receptionist that was very unfriendly and grumpy.
The rooms had A/C which is a very positive thing and the option to control mechanically (and not manually) the window opening allowed us to choose how much of a coolness we want to have in our room - which is nice for the autumn-winter.
The Wi-Fi was working good through most of our stay.
The room was cleaned every day and out stuff were treated with care.
There are a supermarket and a handful very good cafes and restaurants in a 10 min walking distance which is very nice.
This part of Liechtensteinstraße is also very quiet
Overall, me and my partner enjoyed our stay and had some great time.
VFM - for 140 Euro/couple/night with breakfast its a good choice
Few things need to be improved to get a 10/10:
> There is no minibar in the room and that's inconvenient, although you can ask the receptionist to leave something in a shared fridge.
> No kettle in the room, only a coffee machine in the entrance, no option to drink tea.
> The maintenance of the bathroom is weird: the soap bottle was almost empty on the entry, the napkin dispenser was also in the few last pieces... when there was no soap the man on the reception gave me a new bottle, but nobody replaced the old one although the room was cleaned twice after that.
> Speaking of the soap - it's ok as a soap but on the attempt of using it as shampoo... my hair suffered and on the second day I went to buy myself a travel edition bottle of shampoo.
> I would love that a smart TV can be used as smart TV and not restricted to a small variety of mainly German language channels.
> The location isn't the best and isn't the closest to the city center. It's around 12-15 minutes walk to U4 Friedensbrücke or 15 minutes walk to U2 Schottentor, both can be reached with a light rail, but important to know that it's not that close to any metro station. I personally was looking specifically for this area because of an important appointment that was a few minutes walk from there, but for tourists it might be a bit incovenient.

Wonderful
It was a great place to stay for a few days. The room was clean, well-designed and equipped. The staff was friendly and helpful.
I had an overall great experience. There are two minor things I would recommend to improve: 1. The mattress was too soft and felt a bit worn out. 2. They provide free coffee at the reception, but I prefer having a water kettle/coffee in the room as well, which was missing.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is excellent. It’s in a quiet, pleasant area and just a 30-minute walk from the city center. I appreciated the room upgrade I was offered; the room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped.
The bed was very cozy, the bathroom was large and had everything I needed. The room was cleaned every day, and the tea and coffee supplies were always restocked when needed.
Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.
The only issues I encountered were relatively minor. The breakfast could have been more varied in my opinion. I also noticed some stains on the carpet and the curtain. They might have been old and difficult to remove, but ideally, these items should be replaced over time.
Additionally, although the room was big and comfortable, it was located right next to the elevator, and the noise from the lift or other guests passing by was sometimes a bit annoying.
These small inconveniences didn’t seriously affect my stay, and I would still recommend this hotel.

Clean, comfortable, good beakfast, coffee machine in the room, a very nice gesture. The Stuff very polite and helpful like u would expect anywhere in Wien. I feel like all the things that could bother in a hotel like a small bath, or very small room or no window that opens... are avoided at this hotel.

Modern, clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast. Located in a quiet neighbourhood.
The hotel has its garage but unless you are a very good driver, I suggest you park your car in some of the garages nearby . Hotel kindly recommended one that is close by and cheaper.
