The staff were incredibly friendly and serviceable. The rooms were large and very comfortable. The location was second to none.
I would have given this 10 stars so I had to give it a nine only because housekeeping is closed after a certain time we got in late around 1:30 in the morning only to realize we needed more toilet paper and fresh towels because we forgot to take off the do not disturb sign. When I called the front desk to get more toilet paper, they said it was impossible because housekeeping is no longer here. So I had to take the elevator down to the public restrooms and take toilet paper out of there so we could have something. This is definitely a five star hotel but I would’ve thought that little things like this would have not been an issue.

The pillow are not good at all. Please, buy some real pillow . These are too soft . And a small pillow maybe it would be helpful

Great location and staff was super friendly. Allowed us to leave our luggage there as our room wasn’t ready when we arrived. Wonderful stay!

The breakfast selection was truly something else. The coffee wasn't the best (taste wise). The hotels location was great and staff friendly.
The room turndown service was not 5 star.
