No kettle it the room but tea bags provided! Only 3 English TV channels the rest middle eastern. If you are focusing on the middle eastern market you should make it clear in your advertising. We met so many people returning from Starbucks with their morning coffee, this should tell you something. 2 smallish covers for the bed instead of one large one which was a little strange. Air conditioner didnt work properly. There was also a constant noise of water running when in the bathroom, couldnt tell where the noise was coming from. No Vegan food available, staff hardly knows what that was! Food at the restaurants was expensive anyway. Staff not helpful on option of where to eat, as it happens there was a Vegan restaurant 200m away! Very disappointed to find that this was a rebuilt hotel with just the facade making it look old. In short we would not return but look for a hotel that caters for western tastes.
