Great location - we walked everywhere. Lovely stylish hotel with good restaurants and cafe. Great view from the rooftop too.

The staff were exceptional, striking that rare balance of attentive and discreet, making every moment feel personal.
Special mention to Marc Corpuz who made our stay a little extra special.
Our suite? A dream. High ceilings, plush textures, and views that framed Vienna like a living postcard. Mornings started with artisanal pastries and rich Viennese coffee, and evenings ended with a glass of Grüner Veltliner.

Fantastic location for access to Musikverein and museums
We wanted a twin room (I.e. 2 beds) but this was difficult for the hotel. We reached a compromise where we paid for a larger room and the hotel installed an additional temporary bed. We also thought the cost of the breakfast buffet is outrageous

The 1920's style light switches which were hard to use and noisy, even when a neighbour turned the switch at night time you can hear.
