Great location; nice rooftop terrace/pool/restaurant
Very dark room; toiletries not to the standard that would be expected for the price; no hair conditioner; poor housekeeping : we had to request towels, bath robe and were not always given teacups. Not up to standard usually expected of a Mr & Mrs Smith hotel.

All the staff we came into contact with at the hotel were very friendly, welcoming and professional. They went out of their way to look after us, particularly a Greek waiter at breakfast whose name unfortunately we don’t know. The quality of variety of the food was very good.
The outside of the hotel was very attractive having been decorated for Christmas. We found the location excellent in easy walking distance to shops and restaurants.
We didn’t prefer the open bathroom. And we didn’t like the smell of popcorn coming into the reception area.

Excellent location, attentive and helpful staff. Very good breakfast. Comfortable room.
Had a connectivity issue with the TV to the hotel WiFi. This took 2 days to resolve. This was a particular issue as the only access to channels in English is via streaming apps. Rooms on the small side with limited hanging space.

Disappointing
I don't feel this hotel was value for money. At over 900 euros for a small room for 2 nights excluding breakfast - it was expensive. No hotel staff showed us to our room (it took a while to work out the lights when we got there) or offered to help with our luggage . The shower was in the bedroom so there was inevitably black mold in parts on the ceiling. There was no room for a cupboard so we had hooks on the wall instead. Am disappointed to be honest.

It was nice and clean hotel.
However, breakfast is too late for “morning” person or in our case we would have liked to have breakfast at 6 a.m to get to the airport. We asked to pack something “to go” for us, bit the sandwiches were so hard so we didn’t eat them. Early breakfast, at least basics, could be available in the hotel.
