Good food on restaurante at rooftop.
We booked a big room for 3 persons (couple + child of 10).
When we arrive reception told us they made a mistake and they no room available for 3 persons so they gave us 2 rooms (1 single + 1 double) by the same price of 1 room for 3. Although we pay the same price it was not nice for us. We were on holiday and our kid is too young too stay alone in a room in a big hotel so the 3 of us had to split ouselves during the stay (mum with son or dad with son...).
We propose reception to give us just one double room with a discount (as we would be tight but they didn't accpted).
Also not nice that we were only informed about this at moment of check-in.
Regarding cleanliness: some parts of the rooms (both of them) were dusty.

We travel a lot for business and this is our favourite hotel in Vienna. Very clean and fancy. The beds are amazing . We enjoy our stay here everytime we come by.

Breakfast & the view of the breakfast location was amazing. Available staff, comfortable rooms. Location of the hotel was also great. Next door Bar with also good food was also handy.
Only downside of this hotel was that the smell of fried oil from the restaurant was entering the very last rooms at the end of the aisle. The constant smell of burnt oil was disturbing. specially at the end of the aisle of 5th floor.
