Good location, very well equipped apartment. It has everything you can possibly need in the kitchen. Quiet and easy to get to downtown via tram 71. Johannes was super nice and helpful. He even oiled a creaky door when we asked for his help.

There were nice local cafes near the apartment, so we could absorb the cafe culture of Vienna. Additionally, there were various restaurants around the area as well. The host, Johannes, was excellent. He came to meet us to provide the keys to the apartment, advised us of places to see and transportation to take based on our length of stay. He also went above and beyond by quickly communicating with me to ship a coat I forgot in the apartment. Additionally, the washer and dryer was much needed for a wash, as my daughter was traveling on to another destination, and needed her laundry done.

The apartment had everything we needed (stove, fridge, washer and dryer, pots and pans, full sets of plates, silverware, and glassware.) The place is very spacious, clean, with nice furniture and curtains. The building is beautiful and has a historic vibe, located in a quite neighborhood. There are a few supermarkets around. To get to the city center, you could ride a tram (10 min) or walk (20-30 min,) the streets are worth seeing. Very comfortable place to stay. A lot of tiny details the hosts usually don't pay attention to, like providing you with city maps in different languages, shopping bags and even a shoehorn!
It would be nice to have some toiletries like shampoo and soap, not just the remains from previous guests. Though, I always bring my personal bottles.

First that grabbed our attention - very clean and well-arranged property. And very helpful host - good communication in advance, met us in person, explained all ne needed to know - including nearby shops, transport stops, sightseeing directions. Spacious room with enough space for 3 persons. Comfortable beds, space for dining, rest area with big sofa. Wi-fi and smart TV. Separate kitchen with all appliances and cutlery that you could need. Nice bath.
The brand has properties at several places - you have to be aware for the exact address in advance. Our site was close to the city rail - audible (not noisy) from time to time.

Fantastic and incredibly clean apartment. It is actually much bigger that it looks like on pictures. Well situate in the city, with everything you need at a walking distance. Has good connection with trams, buses and metro as well. The host Johannes was extremely pleasant, showed us around and guided us on map what to see and where to go.

The location was misleading.
I have booked an apartment as shown in the booking app. However, i was surprised to find that another apartment was given to me.
The new apartment was far from the one i chose.
Besides, no lift was there.

There was not only a representative of an owner showing the apartment to us but additionaly the owner came in the evening to ask if everything is ok and was very helphy. Generally the flat was comfortable and cosy.

Brilliant host for a wonderful flat. Everything was perfect. Since before arrival and even after check-out, Johannes did everything to help us. We even used extra storage room in the torture basement :)
The room was at 4th floor and no lift. Keep your luggage light.

The apartment is 10 min walk from the Rennweg Station. The host was very patiently waiting for us to handover the keys and explain how things work at the appartment. (although we arrived one hour late). The photos of the listing belong to two or three Apartments which make it confusing to know to which apartment they belong what untill you get there. ( only photos 6-19 belong to the appartment we stayed in Obere Bahngasse 24´). The Apartment has a big bedroom, a normal warm bathroom and a small but fully equipped kitchen, a corridor with the eating table and a small toilet. The apartment was very warm (in Dec) and it is best suited for 3 (-4) persons as it has a double bed and a sofa with two single beds which can not be separated. Which is fine for smaller children but not for two adult kids of different gender. There is also a smaller childrens cot.
The toilet was really small 1mx1m and had no sink to wash the hands, and had to go to the next bathroom to wash the hands which it was a little bit inconvenient. Apart for that, everything else was very clean and well equipped.

This was the cleanest apartment we've ever rented. The facilities were wonderful; the bed was comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. The apartment was an 8-minute walk to a tram that went directly to the center city.
The apartment was up several flights of stairs in a building with no elevator.

The owner very polite and was willing to help us for what we asked for.
The house is very clean and so cute. It is the first time for us that the house is better in reality than in the photos. Also it has all equipment needed.
8 minutes walk from public transport, in a quite zone.
Firstly I was afraid if it wasnt near the city center, but we used public transport and we faced no problems.
Very good value for the money.
It is in the 5th floor and there is no elevator. We have a stroller, but we left it at the first floor when we were home.
