The location is great- close to a major train station, light rail and buses, but in a quiet neighborhood. Our host was responsive and helpful.
There are quite a few stairs to climb to get to the apartment, with a child in a stroller, this was a bit of a challenge, other than that, great place!

Our host Johannes was really nice. He gave us a lot of tips and advice where to go. It was a nice warm welcome on the location itself. the apartment was big and the kitchen was really fully stocked with everything you might need to cook a proper meal.
Before our arrival we were spammed with a lot of emails from a company asking us to confirm our arrival time a week in advance, with a very threatening tone. We had no clue yet what would be our arrival. This is not very customer friendly. I understand they want to plan the arrivals, but this is to demanding. I received at least 20 emails not kidding! Be aware they might charge you an additional 15 euros, for handing over the keys if you arrive past 22:00. It gave me anxiety! This is not a good way to look forward to your stay during your holidays. These are modern times, most of stays we had we had an automated check in with codes. Maybe something to consider.

We were very late arriving to the flat, but Johannes still waited for us. He was very kind and well organised. The flat is very nice and clean. For us the bonus was how well organised everything in the kitchen was. Great place.

Very clean and well equipped (kitchen had very nice amount of equipment plus even some spices to use, some tea, etc..). Owner seemed very nice and happy to help with anything. We loved the location, close to the city centre, Belvedere just over the corner, supermarket and drug store a few steps away. We enjoyed our stay there!

The apartment, the location, the facilities, it was clean.
Having to go up and down 91 stairs from the building enter to the 4 floor (2 stock) each time. Especially that was very tiring after having walked a lot in the city.
The bathroom and toilet are separate, that was good for 4 people. The toilet place is very small and without ventilation.

Very pleasant apartment, no problem with keys, good location near center. Well equipped kitchen, spare bedsheets. Fully recommend!
The trains that go nearby make quite a noise, might matter a bit during night to those who prefer sleeping with windows wide open.

The apartment is located very close to train station and tram station. It is very clean and cosy. The quarter is calm and quiet. The most important is the host- Johannes. He is a very polite gentleman that described us all the interesting places in Vienna. His recommendations made our stay in Vienna very comfortable and nice. I highly recommend the apartment and Johannes. Thank you very much!
There is nothing that I can point as a drawback.
