No blanket, pillow, thin walls, no glass, no eater boiler. It was book as 4 star hotel, but it’s not even 2 star.

The hotel is modern, clean and staff is extremely kind. The breakfast was very good and abundant.
There is enough space to comfortably work apart from your room, plus a comfortable desk in the room itself.
Location is very convenient near two metro lines, so all the city is easily reachable.
There are supermarkets close by and at non tourist prices.
Only thing that needs improvement is WiFi. The signal in the room is not stable and cannot sustain a video call. This was a constant problem during all our stay, not a one time problem.
WiFi quality and stability improves somewhat in the ground floor lobby area but is still not fully stable permanently.
All this makes work calls unreliable.

service at front desk, comfort of room, value for the room. Location was grat! we had a short hop on the subway fromt eh train station another short hop to another subway o get toall the attrcrion that we wanted to visit. Getting around was so easy. Great coffee shops near by.
the only thing I can think of is a better place to put coats etc. in the room. Oh and view of another buildings roof but tht can't be helped.

No ventilation in the room and was not able to open the window ,beds uncomfortable,sign for ice posted on the floor but not ice machine available and we had to get ice from the staff!

Room was very clean and spacey. Hotel had parking next to the building. Staff was very friendly and helpful. It was a pleasant stay.
There was construction work in from of the hotel entrance, but that's not something that can be taken as their fault.

Quite large room, decently clean, nice big bathroom. While the beds were VERY soft, they were actually quite comfortable (either that, or we were too exhausted from sightseeing :D) and we all got a good night sleep. Location is also excellent, short walk to metro and to a 24h P+R (9€/night).
The rooms are very empty - I was expecting at least a simple closet to put our clothes into. There's no mini fridge present. The water tap in the bathroom sits very low, so low in fact, that is hard to wash your hands.

Very large clean room with good lighting options. Bathroom was great with decent storage, good clean shower. Staff were nice, very helpful and air con was much needed. Not the best location in Vienna but it was fine and parking nearby at affordable price.
