Close to the city center, metro station and public transport near hotels (for getting around), the hotel room was spacious and beautifully decorated.
it is important to note that at night we would hear doors slamming and loud noises and guess where? From the air conditioning duct, yes! It is not relevant at all. We took accommodation only and when I asked about the cost of breakfast at the reception they wanted €28 per person, a bottle of water cost €7 from the lobby and in supermarket near the hotel it cost 0.95 cents (crazy price), the refrigerator in the room hardly functions, only there as part of the decoration (not a refrigerator at all), the heating does not work in the room in -4 weather!

Large room.
The staff were awful. There was a mix up with the reservation at the end of our stay and when I spoke with staff they were zero help. They told me the best they could do was give me 10 minutes to get my things and leave. I completely understand rooms being booked and not being able to extend but when I went to look they had many rooms available. It felt like the staff was just being rude and almost laughing. I will never go back or recommend this place.

Great location walkable to the center, but far enough to be away from the tourist area. Lots of local restaurants, shops, and supermarket nearby. Porter was super efficient, our bags were whisked away as soon as we arrived at the hotel. Room was not ready upon check-in, so we had to wait a bit, but we were given an upgrade so that was nice! The room was spacious and comfortable for a longer stay.
Our room was very cold when we arrived-- we had to turn up the heat and wait an hour or so for the room to get warm (in winter). Shower situation could also get a bit tricky, it was difficult to take a shower without disturbing others in the room.

Gorgeous hotel with very comfortable rooms. The rooms were spacious and well designed, and made it feel like a luxury to come back to. The staff were friendly and helpful and accommodating. Good location, about 15-20 minutes walking distance to popular tourist areas.

Location, cleanliness, food (the breakfast is excellent and the staff helped us out great), great communicarion with the staff over Booking.com chat, great view from the rooms on 6th floor (overlooking 1st district and early morning sunrises to the east)

Disappointed in the hours for the sauna and stream room. Hours weren’t posted on the door. Went down in the morning only to find out it was closed. At checkout found out it is only open in the evening.

The staff was not communicative, and the room was not the same as in the photo. The biggest disappointment was that the image showed nice windows and a view, but in reality, there were no windows beside the bed.

I recently discovered the Flemings Selection Hotel Wien-City, and let me tell you, it’s an absolute gem! This modern hotel is perfectly situated, making it so easy to explore the vibrant heartbeat of Vienna. Just a short stroll away, I found myself surrounded by an array of charming restaurants, bars, and unique shops.
Can we talk about the sights? The stunning Rathausplatz and the majestic Parliament are practically my new neighbors. I even took time to explore the breathtaking Burgtheater and the intriguing Justizpalast—both just a stone’s throw from the hotel. Each day felt like a new adventure waiting to unfold right outside my door! Whether I wanted to sip a delightful coffee or soak in some magnificent culture, this hotel is the ideal launchpad for exploring the wonders of Vienna.
