No TV apps available, mattress is very hard, shower in middle of room was different. Felt like I was putting on a show. No towel bars or dryer. If you are not offering daily towel service, you must have a heated towel bar to dry the towels.

Location was wonderful. Staff very helpful. Nice to have things like a complimentary water bottle in room, water in lobby, slippers in room. Luggage storage was convenient. Room faced courtyard and was very quiet.
Adjusting the room temperature was difficult to understand-we were overly warm.

Staff was lovely - smiling, super helpful when we needed their input, the room was comfy, very clean, and our view was just stunning! The hotel was well connected to every part of the city we wanted to visit. We will definitely be visiting again!
The shower controls were a bit temperamental, but nothing serious enough to affect our stay. It was working fine, the buttons weren't picking up the input occasionally.
