My room was of a very good size and I was lucky to have a nice view. Bed was very comfortable as well as pillows. There is a fridge in the room. Hôtel has a small gym. Hotel is close to the old center. Very good connection with the tram. Billa is 3 min away.
The cleaning once in two days. No room service. No mini bar. The coffee tabs were not replenished.

Fantastic friendly hotel within walking distance of the Museum district. Underground tram within walking distance great location. I'll be back again.

We were upgraded to the suite - I did not ask why, but I assumed because it rained and we paid for a room with balcony they did us this favor. If that would be the case then wow, great thinking and service! Anyways, aside from this - the location is top, the hotel is very nice, and its in a very comfortable position to get anywhere by foot, tram, metro, or uber. The next time I come to Vienna, I will 100% go to the Flemings again. (The picture is the view from the hotel room.)

I specifically booked a room with balcony and view, even reached out to the hotel to confirm this before booking. Got there, no balcony and the staff said often it’s advertised incorrectly. She could see the email confirmation and offered breakfast and a garden room to access outside. We did appreciate the resolve but I expected what I booked. The garden is in the basement I felt no sunshine, gloomy.

check in smooth and quick our room good size and modern feel to it comfy large bed really handy for tube reception give you map of city inc metro map you do need it
beakfast bit expensive at 28 euro so didnt bother but no prob with anything else great staff

Clean modem nice rooms
Getting over charged at the bar snd menu misleading over prices so didn’t go in the bar again bar man was very rude and didn’t understand our point breakfast €28 much too expensive for a hotel of that star and would not pay it €16 would have paid . That’s why restaurant and bar was empty too expensive !!!

The amaizing place, near the city center.
1. Unfortunately, even a short stop of car, to unload luggage and store it at the hotel reception only (before taking the car to a remote external parking garage), was not possible. It was necessary to walk "with all luggage" from the recommended garage to the hotel (approx. 700 m). Fortunately the weather conditions were good.
2. Communication with the hotel reception staff was complicated. One day we agreed on something with the receptionist for the next days, but the next day the receptionist changed and the agreement from yesterday was fully lost. This happened repeatedly.

Loved the position, just a few steps from the parliament and opposite to a tram stop. Super safe and well connected area. The room was lovely, well equipped and clean. The shower was the main feature (and yes, there is a curtain if you wish more privacy). Enjoyed all the tiny details such as the robe, Nespresso machine and the ambient lights feature. The room was spot on and very clean. My room didn’t have a wow factor view, but it wasn’t necessary and there are still options to book rooms with a view.

Room was very nice and big, totally quiet good to sleep, high ceilings, bed and sheets and cushions very comfortable, super loaction Josefstadt near Neubau, Museumsquartier, Mahi etc.
The room was totally carpeted what gave us a hard time for the dust.
