The breakfast offered a good variety and was enjoyable. Excellent location—just minutes from the Rathaus and the U-Bahn (metro). Internet speed and coverage outperformed many other hotels I've stayed in.
The transparent shower lacked privacy, making it uncomfortable with a roommate. Poor sound insulation— could hear the neighbor coughing constantly. Room service staff were unhelpful and made me feel unwelcome.

The room was lovely. The desk staff very attentive and helpful. Brilliant location which is one of the reasons why we went there, having been there 2 years before.
The Housekeeping service was not as good as before. We asked for more teabags for our room. We never got them. One day I found my duvet did not have its cover on. It has been removed and put under my pillow! Very strange.
The price when I reflected was too high. On this occasion I had been anxious to return to this hotel but had not taken in what I was paying. For that price I would expect 100% Housekeeping service.
We would have loved to have their hotel breakfast as we did in our last stay. However the cost was 28Euros each per day. We found a nice breakfast eatery nearby for half that. This was a shame because in our previous visit the breakfast was something to look forward to without breaking the bank.

The sauna and hotel location
The profissional Staff were very unfriendly and for me behaved on a very unprofessional way.
The hotel is very impersonal. Maybe a hotel for meetings and big groups. Not cosy at all. You do not feel confortable inside the hotel. No wellcoming or even warm atmosphere. Besides, it is very expensive without breakfast

The location is fantastic and close to the metro. The reception desk staff as well bar staff are very welcoming and helpful. The room is large and very clean.
The shower tub makes some funny noise.
