Excellent location, new and nice hotel.
They didn’t have an extra charger as I’ve forgotten mine. Fair, it is my fault, and I can’t blame them, but having an extra charger around in a pretty luxurious hotel wouldn’t hurt.

Everything is wonderful.
I am satisfied with all the facilities.
I have only one issue they have to consider, which is that they have to put water for cleaning in the toilet. There is no any water source to clean your body after finishing. You can find only tissue.

Very disappointed with my stay at Flemings in Vienna. The staff was unfriendly and came across as rude throughout the stay. I specifically booked a room with a balcony, but when I checked in, the staff insisted that my booking was without one and repeatedly asked me to show proof. The whole interaction made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. Even after I showed confirmation of my booking, they didn’t apologize at all.
The room itself was also extremely noisy, making it difficult to relax or sleep properly. On top of that, housekeeping cleaned the room but didn’t even refill the complimentary water or coffee capsules. For the price they charge, the service and overall experience were far below expectations. Definitely not worth the money, and I would not stay here again.

Location is very good and reception staff are also very helpful Lea / Lina and Myriam.
Many things:
- Cleanliness is average. The gym is dusty and the rooms are only cleaned every other day.
- Water bottles are only given to your room once and you are given sparkling water without asking for your preference.
- No phones in the room. This is a joke. How can you call housekeeping or order a taxi.
- Staff are very loud as of 7:30 am in the weekend they woke me up twice and it was a Saturday. Totally unacceptable

Location was great, with a team out front and Rathaus subway a short walk. Nice restaurants in the area. Hotel was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the upgrade. Staff was very accommodating to store our luggage until check in time and getting us a taxi.
The bed was a bit too firm for my preference, but was still pretty comfortable. The shower floor was a bit slippery when wet.

No TV apps available, mattress is very hard, shower in middle of room was different. Felt like I was putting on a show. No towel bars or dryer. If you are not offering daily towel service, you must have a heated towel bar to dry the towels.

Location was wonderful. Staff very helpful. Nice to have things like a complimentary water bottle in room, water in lobby, slippers in room. Luggage storage was convenient. Room faced courtyard and was very quiet.
Adjusting the room temperature was difficult to understand-we were overly warm.

The hotel was quiet and peaceful, especially our room on the fifth floor. The location was excellent and the staff were friendly.
Although the hotel looked generally clean, housekeeping was disappointing. They only organized the room but did not change the bed sheets, pillowcases or towels. Personally, I would have preferred that they did not enter the room at all if they were not going to change them, because I knew how I had used my own things. This made me feel less comfortable about the cleanliness.
