Location
Very dusty rooms, doors, furniture are in oily fingerprints. Once cleaners left bin full of garbage behind. They don’t refill milk/tea/handwash. I had to chase reception for few times just for one item. Breakfast was great, but male member of restaurant staff made us a bit not very welcome, rolling his eyes and creating drama when it came to double ordering eggs, which we also waited for a while. Too much attitude, poor training , small smile would feel guest more welcome.

Overall, our stay was fine, but we were disappointed by the attitude of the receptionist (29/06/2025 12:00 in the morning). When we politely asked for some water, she responded quite rudely and told us to buy it, saying she “didn’t have time to keep refilling it.” This kind of attitude felt unprofessional and unwelcoming, which unfortunately left a negative impression.

This hotel was the best decision ever. The rooms were comfortable. The location perfect because it wasn’t too noisy and the trains stacion was only 5 min away. The staff was great and completed my request of a cot for my baby. Great experience!
