We had a difficult journey to Vienna and there was an initial problem with our room booking. This was sorted out by the manager in reception with great courtesy and we were offered a complimentary breakfast to compensate for a slight delay in the availability of the room.

The room was larger than expected, and the staff very friendly. We were informed that they only clean on alternate days, but that was no problem for us and helps keep the price down. Location is very good for access to the Christmas market and the old town. The breakfast was incredible.

No service for 5 star hotel. Over priced with no benefits. We felt like we was alone! All the staff was mad. The reception has only one employee so you usually wait and they don't smile, actually we felt invisible! Breakfast very poor again for what you pay. They cleaned our room and both nights they throw my bytzamas! First night in the floor and second under the sheets! Too much expensive for what you get!

Loved the location. We were there for Christmas Markets and it was 5 minutes of walk to Rathaus -which in my opinion is the best market. Extremely close to subway station & tram as well.
The layout of the room was a little strange.

It was walking distance to the museum quarter and very close to a U stop. It was in a less touristy neighborhood with a nice traditional cafe in the next block and local neighborhood restaurants not far away.
We didn’t like the transparent glass shower in the room. There was no visual divider (like a curtain) for privacy or light blockage from the bathroom area. If the light was on over the sink it disturbed a person sleeping.
