The setup with the shower enclosure in the main room is a bit unusual, but quirky. Definitely not for everybody.
The windows could use better soundproofing.
It wasn't too noisy at night, but one could definitely hear the cars passing by.

Very clean hotel with cool skylight windows (top floor). Comfy bed (but flat pillows) and big shower. About a 5 min walk to a major transit center.
There isn't enough lights in the hotel room, its so hard to see especially in the bathroom. It was hard to get ready in the morning because there was not enough light. Room lacks amenities like a fridge, phone, snacks/drinks. The hotel breakfast is expensive, but the neighborhood has good options.

I loved the location, although it was not in district 1, it was really easy to get to district one by U3 train. Close to shops, transport. 5mins from the airport bus stop. Quiet and comfortable

Honestly this is better than some 4 star hotels in Vienna.
I was to another one (Arcotel AQ) and Flemings has a better location, more space and a sauna!
I recommend this!

It’s well located, nice staff, comfy beds and not that expensive for Vienna.
Having showers with total exposure to the room without privacy is uncomfortable when you’re not traveling with a partner and you have to take turns to leave the room so the other one can shower. Hairdryers are very old, the pillows looks like they’ve been there for ages, and I have never been to an hotel where you only get cleaning every other day.
It’s a good place, but could fix these details.

We had an excellent stay here. The girls at the reception were both very nice and attentive. The room was clean and spacious, we got an upgrade for free which we really appreciated. The location was also super, close to everything. I would stay here again 100%.
I also really liked that I could leave my luggage at the reception on our last day.
Nothing to mention. For this price range, the stay was exeptional, can't complain
