Loved the hotel, staff were great. Bar food was amazing, lovely breakfast. Stayed with my two daughters, they loved it! Our room was very comfortable and spacious. No negatives, would definitely recommend and stay again!

Beautifully appointed with very nice decorations, spacious room, comfortable bed, extremely clean. Great location too, you can walk to the center in 20-30 min, and the area is very cool, full of restaurants and bars.
The only thing really were the pillows being too soft but otherwise pretty great stay.

The room was cold and it didn’t get warmer for the 2 days i was there. Middle of november in Vienna can be very cold. The room was on the top floor and the heating system didn’t work well enough even when on the max setting. I had never been cold in a hotel room until now. Very disapointing

Generous and comfortable rooms, nicely decorated. We loved the comfort of the bed. We arrived a bit early and could check in immediately, much appreciated.
Breakfast offer didn‘t match expectations. We missed fresh fruit, a selection aid local bread and specialties. Can get quite crowded at the buffet

Overall, everything was wonderful and we were very satisfied. I stayed with a friend — we went to a concert in the evening, and it was great to return to the hotel and not have to go anywhere else to enjoy a cocktail before bed. Breakfast was good in terms of selection, although in my opinion there weren’t enough seats for all guests. The room design was great — very cozy and stylish, with many nice details.
Yes, in some spots you can see that a little touch-up wouldn’t hurt, but since the style feels more like a chic apartment, the slight “patina” didn’t spoil the impression at all.
