Tarif policy of the house - you have to pay upfront for the whole stay (lengthy discussions with several staff member were necessary to meet mid-ways, still you need to pay at the 2nd day, otherwise they block your card!) - a question of trust or mistrust

Our suite was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast had a great selection and was well staffed. Check in and check out went smoothly with all staff members offering good customer service.
The location was not as walkable to as many sights as I would have preferred but there was plenty of public transportation available.

The property was very clean and close to the city centre. You have the tram station right in front of the hotel. The room was spacious and clean although didn’t felt like 4 stars, i stayed in room 202.
Only one thing bothered me, the housekeeping staff. Everyday in the morning they are making a lot of noise and banging in all walls. I understand that they need to do their job, but at 7:00 in the morning hearing someone banging and throwing things around isn’t very pleasant.

Clean, with friendly staff and a great location offering easy access to public transport.
There is a glass door in the bathroom that allows a lot of light to come in, which makes it somewhat inconvenient for sleeping.
