The hotel facility was very good. I had a pleasant stay, even though the hotel was far from the center 45-minute walk, there was a train in front of the hotel, and the drive was 10 minutes to the center. Next to the hotel, you have a supermarket, nice small restaurants, and the staff were very professional.

1. Location - just 10-15 minutes to Hofburg on a tram, and the tram stop is just outside the hotel.
2. The breakfast! All sorts of cold cuts, pastries, fruits, vegetables, even a waffle maker, which was a highlight of my stay :D
3. Room size: bed was nice and not too soft, there is a huge wardrobe with lots of space, and overall it was cozy enough for a weekly stay. Cleaning is daily too!
4. The staff - very friendly and helpful, were able to answer all the questions about the transportation in Vienna.
Overall this property exceeded my expectations, and I will surely stay here again!
Few things that could be improved:
1. Shower was indeed tiny - I am small myself, but was occasionally hitting the sliding door with my back. Also, the shower platform wasn't spotlessly clean (nothing disastrous, though), and the bottles with bath gels were very difficult to "push", don't know how to explain it better :D
2. The light in the room was very dim - it wasn't important for me, but may be crucial for those who read before going to bed.
3. The sound isolation! During the last two days of my stay a very loud family moved in to the room opposite mine, and I could hear kids laughing and running late at night. And overall, all the sounds in the halls can be heard in the room easily. Might be a problem for those who are light sleepers, but was okay for me.

The staff is incredible kind, they were all amazing!! Hotel is very well located closer to the tram that connects all city, in just a couple of minutes you are in the city center. Hotel is veeery clean, amenities are great, room is beautiful, I loved it so much I could stay for months here. Will be coming back as soon as possible!

it was great. they even had toothbrushes, which a lot of hotels who has the same prices does not have. i really liked the bed also it was super comfortable.
it was a bit cold at night, even in august. i assume it caused from the air conditioner.

I stayed for 6 nights and was very pleased.
+ The front desk service was excellent, and all the staff were very helpful. Gabor and Maria, in particular, were patient and helpful in every situation, including car rental.
+ Breakfast: It was quite adequate; I'm glad I chose bed and breakfast.
+ Room: The suite was spacious and very clean. It was quiet. It overlooked the city. I was allowed in a little earlier than the normal check-in time.
-+ Some items, such as a toothbrush and slippers, were missing. I mentioned them to the front desk, and they were provided immediately.
+ Location: The Yppengasse tram stop is right in front of the hotel. The tram takes 10 minutes to Schottentor. If you prefer, you can walk to the center in 30-40 minutes.
+ View: It was bright and had a city view, with a clear view.
Improvement Areas:
- I love coffee. Housekeeping didn't replenish the coffee capsules daily. However, when they ran out, I immediately contacted the front desk and they provided more.
- Directions from the airport to the hotel can be improved by adding directions to be more understandable. Tip: Using the S7 is much cheaper than using the express CAT, but CAT is certainly faster and more comfortable.

Our room was very clean. The water pressure & temperature in the shower were perfect. Reception was very kind & let us stow our bags for free after checkout so that we could go get lunch. Super close public transit options; the tram dropped us right in front of the hotel when we arrived. The AC worked almost too well, it got chilly fast!
I wish the room had a coffee machine. Also, we would have opted for breakfast if it were a bit cheaper.

Our suite was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast had a great selection and was well staffed. Check in and check out went smoothly with all staff members offering good customer service.
The location was not as walkable to as many sights as I would have preferred but there was plenty of public transportation available.

The property was very clean and close to the city centre. You have the tram station right in front of the hotel. The room was spacious and clean although didn’t felt like 4 stars, i stayed in room 202.
Only one thing bothered me, the housekeeping staff. Everyday in the morning they are making a lot of noise and banging in all walls. I understand that they need to do their job, but at 7:00 in the morning hearing someone banging and throwing things around isn’t very pleasant.
