Wonderful
Breakfast was very good. It’s a good location 30 minute walk from the downtown core in the old part of town. Was nice and clean. Staff was friendly.

Wonderful
Breakfast was really great. Lots of excellent sweet and savoury options. Room was nicely renovated and clean. 30 minute walk to the historic center (faster using public transit). Neighbourhood was nice and quiet at night.

The room was immaculately clean and spacious. There is a bus stop right in front and the metro is about a 10 minute walk away. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall we enjoyed our short but sweet stay.
We do wish there would have been 1 double bed rather than 2 twins pushed together, but that is a common occurrence in Europe.

Wonderful
Very comfortable room, friendly and accommodating staff, convenient location, what's not to like? This is a welcoming and well-maintained hotel, with easy access to the center of Vienna by bus or metro. Highly recommended.
The only suggestion for improvement is the wifi, with the internet lagging and cutting out at times. For a hotel of this quality the internet signal should be fully reliable.

Staff is friendly, room is big and beds are comfortable, good water pressure, clean facilities. You have a bus stop in front of the hotel, which is very convenient.
Bathroom doesn’t have any electric outlets, building is next to a hospital so expect frequent ambulance noise.

Family suite with 2 rooms was good for families with kids.
Bathroom and toilet are separate, within those 2 rooms.
Minibar, bathroom, storage spaces, safe were good.
Location.
Parking garage, not possible to enter for a SUV.
Only one personnel at lobby area, very slow process for checkin, checkout etc.
Beds were not comfy.
Bad smell in the toilet and coridor.
It was a strange experience, hard to explain. Even though we stayed there for 5 days, we couldn't get used to it, it didn't feel like home.

Clean and quiet. Desk staff helpful.
Bedding sub-par-- comforter too light and not warm enough, and pillows were uncomfortably stiff latex. Lots of closet space for hanging things, but no shelves or drawers. Location ok if you took the bus to other parts of city, but not much interesting in the immediate area. Breakfast only ok.

My room was so clean, very comfortable, having a TV with a large screen and a hot water pot, an enough large size shower booth, etc. Breakfast has some variety, its menu changes daily. Location is not so bad, but a little bit far from the nearest subway station. However, there are so many shops, supermarkets, etc. where I could enjoy shopping my souvenirs.

The hotel is so clean literally , the property is so close to everything that you ever need in the town.
Service is 10 out of 10 people who work there is so nice, especially Charan who works at the reception he been so helpful to us.
