Everything was perfect. The location was great. Next to the metro station. A shop and fast food restaurants was next to the property. Very warm, charming and beautiful place. I'm sure when I visit Vienna next time I'll try to be at the same place!

The one bed that existed was very comfortable. It was spacious for the living room and dining room with a great balcony. It was great to have a washer.
We had to put on our own linens. The AC did not work and is only in the living room. When we reached out to the host, he told us to take the batteries out of the TV remote, but we wanted to use the TV. This is NOT a two bedroom. There is a loft up some steep stairs that has a tiny area with a slanted wall roof where one would surely hit his head. As a result, we had to use the downstairs couch...which meant we had no where to really hang out because that was a bed and a couch. There was no trash can in the bathroom. There was not enough toilet paper. We had to pay extra for a third person even though it said there were two bedrooms and there were not. It was very difficult to get into the property initially. You must have the ability to call an Austrian number to open the door. This can be very expensive for a foreigner. There are some mandatory steps when you get inside, which is a bit tricky with a lot of luggage. Since the AC did not work, we had to leave the window open for a while and many, many bugs were in the apartment. However, the most disturbing part of our stay was that we all woke up with many bad bites all over. We never saw the culprit (type of bug), but it was truly terrible itching and feeling uncomfortable.

Quick and simple check in , instructions were sent in advance. All required equipment for a comfortable stay: washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave etc. The apartment is very warm with a beautiful view on terrace.

The location of the apartment is perfect - it is easy to get everywhere. The apartment is spacious, very nice views of the city from the terrace.
Based on the reviews, we were expecting faultless and clean apartment. However, it seemed that the cleanup was done just for effect. Flat was not ventilated well, no oxygen and odd smell inside. Some things were destroyed and not replaced. Spiders, spiderwebs, hair on the floor, some stains. The company offered additional clean up at undesirable time, which we refused due to absolute inconvenience. Two of our kids got nasty scratches because of the destroyed sofa. We found at least 5 check-in forms from previous guests (including credit card details) just tossed around the apartment. The communication from the company was rather peculiar. Overal experience was very disappointing.
