Apartment is located close to the centre. Clean and quiet. Bed is comfortable and has everything necessary for a short stay. Sofa can be used for a bed and is comfortable as well.
Small thing, but no place to leave the soap or shampoo while under the shower. Missing toothbrush glass.

Clean facilities. The hosts respond quickly and gives the information clearly. Good location, at least from where we need to be, close to the bus stop and train station. Grocery nearby.
Motion sensor lights would be very helpful in the entrance and hallways. We arrived late, it was already dark and it was not easy to see the light switch in the first time so we had to use our phone lights to find the way. The following days were easier of course.

Everything in the apartment was perfect. On top, it has a super location. You can reach most of the things to see on foot.
The only thing that can be improved a bit is the tidiness of the apartment.

Excellent! WiFy was very good and uninterrupted. Pantry & laundry services were admirable. Check-in time was very conveniently handled and very supportive.

The apartment was impecable, bed was confortable and towels were super fluffy. Location is great 15m walk to the city center, with public transport very close; both bus and subway. Supermarket is right around the corner as well as plenty cafes and restaurants. Although we had a slight issue with internet connection when we arrived, after communicating with the host it was solved the next day very easily.
Would be great to have hand towel holders in both bathrooms.

Size, tranquility, position and responsiveness of staff.
A bit too minimalistic in terms of equipment. More hooks, hangers, a box of tissues in the bathroom, more towels, coffee filters, a bit what one would find in a hotel room would be highly appreciated.

The apartment is super comfortable, has full equipment kitchen (even the toaster!), metro station is 5mim away, Spar supermarket is just downstairs, very smooth check in.
