Great bed and super comfy, nice view from 10th floor.
Didnt like the front desk girl, Tanja blancjenport, she was very rude, called before we arrived, because we couldnt find the hotel parking space, first she told me the hotel parking space its expensive and it will be much cheaper to park in the public parking, told her I want to park at the hotel and I already know the cost and she told me that she is very busy and hung up.

The hotel was amazing. Interior design was spot on, staff was super friendly and the vibe was super relaxed. We've appreciated that it was a pet friendly hotel and our Golden loved it as well.

The interior design was alright. Locks worked properly.
Staff had poor English speaking skills, could barely understand them. The room wasn't clean, there was hair from multiple different people in the shower, all over the bathroom floor, under the bedsheets...There were some stains on the shower floor as well. The minibar looked very unhygienic.

Next to underground, was clean, friendly staff, modern and great for a few days trip
Bad smell coming from the bathroom which never left, and the air conditioning did not work very strong

Nice room, excelent mattres. Friendly and nice staff. Price includes minibar, fitness and wellness (weekday 9-21 h, weekend 9-18 h). Near station metro and parking building for 4,50 /24 h (Parkgarage Seepark Seestadt Aspern, Sonnenallee 24, 1220 Wien).
