Pleasant
The location was excellent, right across from St Stephen’s cathedral, Christmas market and shops. Subway station about 50 feet from hotel entrance. Staff, namely concierge and reception were very friendly and helpful.
Turned on the water faucet and there was no water! We were not given any notice of this. And this happened twice! Housekeeping was spotty. One of the 2 cleanings requested did not remove our used cups and coffee pods, and bathroom replenishments Breakfast had very limited menu. A kettle was provided in the room but not any tea bags so bring your own tea.

I had a jacuzzi room. And I paid for it. The water in the bath tub was lukewarm at its maximum heat. They tried to adjust it through help. Twice. They couldn’t. First night, I had a warm bath. The air was also cold. It was not pleasant. They said that’s the maximum heat it comes out when I complained next day. When I further complained to the management, they put me in a different room with a court yard view. The water had prefect temperature. HOT which could be adjusted to the ‘right’ temperature to one’s body. Since I didn’t complain, they believed me, I guess. But the courtyard room constantly needed to keep the curtains closed. Also it is dark, 3rd floor. I was on 8th floor street view before. This one looked to some apartments in close proximity. No privacy. Overall my stay, I didn’t find it comfortable. The price has a factor in this. It was outrageously priced. They suppose to give me credit through booking.com. If they do, I doubt they will give me for the first night. But I must add, the location and the 7th floor restaurant is truly remarkable. The room was very clean with good help throughout. Thanks.

Shape and space of the room, heavy smell at the enterance of the hotel, if u wanna sit,relax and drink something after a long day at the hotel’s bar, forget about it unless u have a reservation.
