Excellent location with easy access to public transportation and grocery shops; complimentary bottled water and coffee; great kitchen facilities; large room and very comfortable; complimentary good breakfast.

Location is superb. We asked for a bath mat to prevent falling down in the shower and, although, we were told that hotel would not provide it, it was given to us. Free mineral water and coffee.
We complained, that handle, which turns shower on and off was broken ( missing the knob ) and it was never fixed... Blankets were too warm, we set the room temperture to the allowed minimum 18 degrees Celcium, but it ws not enough. We did not have a phone in the room.

All the workers in the hotel were very nice and eager to help in any request

Great location. Great inside ambience and friendly staff. Nice to have free coffee in the lobby.
- the room is not clean. There was dust and a dirty sock under my bed.
- the driver that was to pick me up from the airport did not follow instructions. He was to hold up a sign and meet me at arrivals. Instead he just parked in the parking lot and waiting until he contacted me over whatsapp
- the noise level in the room is very bad. I could hear everything going on in the next room throughout the day
- a "queen" bed was just two twin beds side by side, so that there was a hole between them. Seriously, this is what a "4-star" hotel does.
Overall, I can't recommend this hotel.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights, and unfortunately, our experience was far below expectations. Although we arrived late at night, the check-in process was neither professional nor conducted according to standard hotel procedures. The receptionist on duty had limited English proficiency, and no assistance was offered with our luggage.
Housekeeping services were extremely poor. Although the room had been entered, only the bed was made; no proper cleaning was carried out. Used towels and amenities were not removed or replaced. The room did not match the photos advertised online—it was dark, dusty, and poorly maintained. As someone with allergies, I found it impossible to rest comfortably and suffered throughout the night.
Bed comfort was also unacceptable. The pillows were excessively soft and provided no support. When I requested alternatives, I was informed that all pillows were the same. The duvet was uncomfortably small. Additionally, a window had been left open after housekeeping, which we only noticed in the morning when the room was extremely cold. This clearly reflects a lack of attention to detail and quality control.
In summary, the only positive aspect of this hotel was the coffee machine in the lobby. Aside from that, none of the services provided justified the price paid. I would not choose this hotel again and would not recommend it to others.

Great spot right outside metro entrance. Staff is really helpful. Clean, nice and comfortable. Free water and beer in the fridge. Laundry room in the basement for clothes.
Only negative is trying to download the app for the washer / dryer. You have to create an account and there is no service/wifi in the basement so you have to trek back upstairs to set it all up.

The location was fantastic! Easy to underground and all public transportation. Very walkable to old town of Vienna.
