The location was fantastic! Easy to underground and all public transportation. Very walkable to old town of Vienna.
Very clean with lots of space. Very nice front desk staff.
Hard beds and flat uncomfortable pillows. Hard uncomfortable couch.

I had a wonderful stay at this lovely hotel. The suite was spacious, comfortable, spotlessly clean and very well-equipped. The location was perfect as it was just at the edge of the Inner Stadt and was walking distance to just about everywhere. But the best aspect of my stay was the staff, who were all super friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again

Great location one block from Opera. Staff was very helpful and was able to reprint local tickets for us. Rooms are air conditioned and it actually works. When we come to Vienna we always stay here. Water and beer available each day

Location is superb. We asked for a bath mat to prevent falling down in the shower and, although, we were told that hotel would not provide it, it was given to us. Free mineral water and coffee.
We complained, that handle, which turns shower on and off was broken ( missing the knob ) and it was never fixed... Blankets were too warm, we set the room temperture to the allowed minimum 18 degrees Celcium, but it ws not enough. We did not have a phone in the room.

Location was perfect. Right in the center and close to public transportation and major attractions. 24 hour coffee and water bottles in the lobby
The rooms and the furnitures are quite old and need an upgrade. Bedroom is small and the couple have to squeeze themselves in. No coffee machine in the room. You need to move off lobby and take few steps to get to a very small old and slow elevator. Room entry is with keys as opposed to contact cards

The hotel is an excellent choice - perfect location, nice rooms, imperial-style lobby with a possibility to have a coffee, and a very professional, friendly and helpful personnel.
In the morning, if you leave the window open for fresh air, it may be noisy outside with technical services working down on the street.

Location, Staff, Space. The location is near the old town as well as the museum district. It's a few steps from several U lines. and trams There are several good restaurants and two supermarkets nearby. We especially liked the 2 beers and sparkling water provided by the hotel. Thank you very much. Our party booked 4 rooms. The staff tried hard to keep us together. 2 of our rooms were connected. The children had so much fun in the connected rooms.
One of our rooms was on the 5th floor. It felt darker and dated with less open space.
